BRIEF
INTRODUCTION

1
Holistic health means the combination of all dimensions of health like mental
health, social health, physical health, moral-spiritual health. Hence Life is not that easy
and healthy as what we are expecting to, we must be in-charged and be responsible
enough, navigating and later to evaluate things that surround us leading to a healthy
living.

When it comes to holistic health, we are looking beyond the physical

body and addressing physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health.
All of these 5 aspects of holistic health are what enable a person to truly live each
day in the healthiest, happiest way possible and if one area if compromised, most
likely other areas will be as well.

Moreover, there is a proven parallel between health and wealth.

Understanding this parallel will help us find more energy to do what we loved. Let’s have
a look briefly at each of these five dimensions and how they're related to one another.

In this time, you are in another stage of life – adolescence, you experience
significant changes. Adolescence is a period for growth spurts and puberty changes. An
adolescent may grow a few creeps in a while followed by a time of exceptionally
moderate development, at that point have another development. Changes with
puberty (sexual development) may happen step by step or a few signs may get obvious
simultaneously. A growth spurt is a sudden rapid growth that happens during
adolescence.

Puberty is the period when your body starts to change and form into a grown-up.
This is when males and females are truly ready to reproduce. You will see changes in your
body as well as on how you think, feel, and communicate with others. During this period,
secondary sex characteristics start to develop. These characteristics include body hair,
breast development in females, and muscles in males.

Development in puberty varies in every individual. It usually starts between the

ages of eight to thirteen in girls and nine to fifteen to boys. Usually, puberty starts earlier

in girls than in boys. This explains why girls seem to grow faster than boys, or some of your
classmates or friends still look like kids while some look like an adult.

Changes in the body vary. It means that you don’t experience the exact changes
that others experienced. You may feel awkward about these changes but you should
remember that everybody goes through these changes.
