2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about 10:10 pmof
October 14, 2014, undersigned together with PO3 Ariel Go, PO3 Frankie Tenio, PO1
AldrinAndaya and PO1 Jude Noriega conducted Oplan Bulabog along Pedro Gil corner
Taft Avenue,Malate Manila which resulted to the rescue of street children loitering and
wandering along theaforementioned streets

3. Rescued minors when individually interviewed disclosed that minor EdwardJohn


Valdez, 10 years old residing at the sidewalk of Angle Linao Street Paco, Manila stole
acellphone from unknown victim and the said item was sold to one alias Patrick
somewhere inTramo, Pasay City. Elements immediately conducted a follow
up operation, guided by EJValdez regarding the place where the stolen item was sold,
after a brief negotiation, the loot wasreturned by unidentified minor. The undersigned
exerted effort to establish the identity of realowner which later identified as one Rowena
Labrador Zamora resident of 1573-C 7thStreet,Main, Paco Manila, the latter personally
appeared to this office and acquired the ownership ofrecovered stolen Samsung
Cellphone.
