Suraj Lab Report

Mr. Suraj, age 27, had a semen analysis test done. The test found a sperm count of 80 million/ml, which is within the normal range of over 20 million/ml. Motility was also normal, with 45% having progressive motility and 20% having non-linear motility. Morphology was 70% normal, within the normal range of over 30% normal. A microscopic examination found no acid fast bacilli present in the sample. The semen analysis showed mostly normal results for Mr. Suraj.
