General terms and Conditions:


 Supply of faulty part shall be charged additionally

Validity:
Our offer is valid till 2/6/2021, for further validity our confirmation in writing is necessary.

RGST/VAT/Sales Tax on Services:


RGST/VAT/Sales Tax on services if levied by Government of Pakistan shall be charged to as per applicable law.

Terms of Payment:
70% advance and 30% after job Completion

Insurance:
Your equipment shall not be covered under any insurance policy from our end.

Limitation of Liability:
Aggregate limit of Liability of Contractor in any respect shall not exceed 10% of the Contract Price.
Consequential Losses or Indirect Damages:
We (Business Engineering Solutions & Technology) shall not be responsible for any consequential losses and/or
Indirect damages arising out of execution and performance of Contract on account of the following but not limited
to:
a) loss of equipment / any Material / Land or Building
b) loss of profit
c) loss of information and data
d) loss of interest
e) loss of Interruption of operations
f) loss of production

Arbitration:
In case of any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach there of,
both parties shall meet and exert their best efforts to find an amicable settlement, failing which; the matter will
be referred for arbitration under local laws.

Governing Laws:
 The language of the agreement shall be English
 The currency of the agreement shall be the Pak rupees
 The agreement shall be governed by the local laws of the Pakistan
 Any dispute arising from the execution of this agreement shall be referred to the local authority.
