1.INTRODUCTION
A residential community or complex designed for older adults who are partially or fully retried and can take care of
themselves. These communities provide opportunities for socializing and good care to ones who are not able to take
care of themselves. A cohousing community where multiple individually owned houses are arranged around an open
area. These spaces help in creating an efficient and comfortable living standards for users irrespective for gender and
categories.
2.AIM
The aim of the study is to create an efficient living community for post retried individuals.
3.OBJECTIVE
• To create an efficient and comfortable environment for the users.
• To develop barrier free environmnet.
• To integrate outdoor and indoor spaces .

5.SCOPE
This project designs all the spaces and amenities needed for the retired individuals increasing the sense of wellbeing thus
creating a healthy environment.

1.INTRODUCTION
Ayurveda treatment and life style had proven results of life changing of peoples who couldn’t recover
with western treatment methods, the Ayurvedic healing does not focuses on particular area rather it
try to start medication process to whole the system connected with the disease
The study also has the potential to throw light on which brain-function related genes and chemicals
are turned “on“ or turned “off “ by an Ayurveda diet and lifestyle. "That type of information can help
us not only better establish how Ayurveda works at a cellular level but also how best to integrate it
into a modern healthy lifestyle,“ says Dr Murali Doraiswamy , professor at Duke Institute for Brain
Sciences and co researcher on the study .
