1. Reference: Police Blotter with Entry No. 001, Page 0001 dtd 15 May 2021 re-
subject same as above.

ICOW the above cited subject and reference, please be informed that on or about 11:54-
12:00 am of May 14, 2021, an incident transpired wherein a man identified as one HARLAN
THROMBEY, 85 years old, widower, and presently residing at 9807 Kamagong Street, San
Antonio Makati City was found dead in his own residence specifically in his single door study
room in the attic, 6:00 am in the morning of May 15, 2021.

2. Initial investigation conducted showed that on cited TDPO, while the house help
named Fran was carrying a tray of coffee and heading in the attic’s single room door, there she
found Harlan’s dead body lying on the sofa with his cut throat. The knife used to cut his throat
was found on the rug next to his own blood. The blood splat patterns on the floor were
uninterrupted.

3. Autopsy Report conducted by Jamatisse Grant, MD showed that Harlan’s cause of


death was slitting of both of his cartiroid, likewise, pieces of evidence confiscated in the incident
was brought to the PNP Crime Laboratory Office for technical examination.

4. Forensic Officer G.L Tiglao fingerprint examination on the knife found in


HARLAN’S room confirmed finger print patterns on the handle of the blade of the knife
POSITIVELY MATCHED and conclusive to HARLAN THROMBEY.
5. That, based on the aforesaid result, the case was a “SUICIDE” and no suspect is
being charged of any violation under the Revised Penal Code (RPC) of the Philippines as it was
found out that the death was self-inflicted.
