Lawigan National High School is located in the farthest part of Mati City, the last Barangay in the North. It is

of this project 2. Child- friendly and safe learning environment.

3. Improve learning environment.

Target SCHOOL MANAGEEMNT OPERATIONS

Competency Managing School Operations
Improvement Competencies:
1. Manages the implementation, monitoring and review of the School Improvement Plan (SIP)/ Annual Implementation Plan
(AIP).
2. Institutionalizes best practices in managing and monitoring school operations thereby creating a safe, secure and clean
learning environment.
3. Establishes and maintains specific programs to meet the needs of the specified learners.

Identify Success A huge terrain in the vicinity of the school limits the space of the school and is a hindrance in its expansion. It should
be excavated to provide enough space for the construction of classrooms, working stations, ICT and other laboratories for the
Indicators or
Senior High School. The Office of the City Mayor has already initiated the excavation of the terrain but due to budget constraint,
measures of it was stopped. The Office of the City Vice Mayor promised to help facilitate the continuation of the excavation. The Department
success of Works and Highways (DPWH) with the DepEd engineers have already surveyed the area and come up with an expected land area
for the construction of SHS classrooms and other TVL amenities but unless the mountain will be fully excavated, all these will not
be materialized.
The excavated part of the terrain is causing landslide and is an imminent danger to the students. It becomes a necessity
therefore that this impending danger should be eradicated.
Expected Outputs Excavation of the mountain for a buildable space for SHS classrooms, working stations, ICT and other laboratories
