water   After pre-emulsification, the water is pumped into the high-level

tank. After the initiator is dissolved in water, it is pumped into another high-

level tank. The two are simultaneously added dropwise into the reactor for

polymerization. The reaction temperature is controlled at 70-85 degrees, and the

dripping speed is controlled, so that the reaction material is dripped in 3-

3.5h. Finally, the reaction was incubated for 1-1.5h to complete the

reaction. After cooling, the pH of the emulsion was adjusted to 7-8 with ammonia
water. Method of making the coating:

  The vegetation of the waterproof coating adopts a conventional coating

preparation method. Water, dispersant, defoamer, pigment, filler and other auxiliary

agents are weighed according to the formula and put into a high-speed dispersing

kettle. At the same time, the acrylic copolymer emulsion prepared above is added, and

the waterproof coating is obtained after thorough stirring. The pigments and fillers

that can be used are titanium dioxide, talc, heavy calcium carbonate, precipitated

barium sulfate, mica powder, china clay, zinc oxide, etc.

Description:

  Acrylate waterproof coating is a water-based, tintable, rubber-type coating made

of acrylate copolymer emulsion as film-forming material and then adding various

pigments and fillers. Its characteristics are that the coating film can form a

continuous coating after drying. The coating has good elongation and breaking

strength, good acid and alkali resistance, excellent weather resistance, convenient

construction and no environmental pollution. It is used as roof waterproofing. an

ideal material.

use:

  (1) Mix titanium dioxide, activated calcium carbonate, sodium pentachlorophenate,

ethylene glycol, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether, dibutyl phthalate Ester and

appropriate amount of water were added to a sand mill and ground to make a pigment

paste for later use.

  (2) Add the styrene-acrylic emulsion, and after fully stirring, it can be

discharged and packaged.

  The method of use is the same as that of general water-based paints.

propylene glycol, will The above materials were thoroughly mixed at room temperature
to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

    (2) Performance The

    paint film has good adhesion, strong tinting strength and excellent impact

resistance.

    (3) Construction and matching requirements

    The prepared coating was sprayed on the metal plate coated with the primer.

After the paint film was flashed for 10 min, it was dried at 70°C/12 min to form a

coating with a thickness of 25.4 nm. The colorant can also be applied to the metal

plate, polished and sprayed with this translucent paint, which shows good coloring

performance.

(4) Scope of application It is

    used for the coloring and coating of substrates such as metal, plastic, hard

fiberboard and plywood.

3. Production process:

1. The polyvinyl alcohol glue is completely dissolved in 90 degree water: the

carboxymethyl cellulose is soaked in water for 12 hours before use.

2. Dissolve quicklime in water to make saturated lime water.

3. Mix and stir all the above-mentioned raw materials evenly.

4. According to the different construction methods such as brushing, scraping,

spraying, coating, etc.,

the dosage of polyvinyl alcohol glue and carboxymethyl cellulose liquid can be
