Dust Code: Safe Driving in Dust Clouds

Two young men were killed and four others badly injured in an accident caused by a truck making a large dust cloud on a graded road. A driver decided to overtake the truck but drove into the dust cloud, unable to see an oncoming truck hidden by the dust. The accident could have been prevented if both drivers had followed the "Dust Code", which says to not enter a dust cloud, stay at least 4 seconds behind it, never overtake in one, slow down and pull over if one approaches, and only drive when the road is clear again. Following the Dust Code can save lives.
