What is Malnutrition?
Malnutrition is a disease brought about by either inadequate or excessive
intake of food.
It is characteristic of many low-income countries, which contribute to the
incidence with the most affected of malnutrition is the infants, preschool and
school children like you, and the pregnant lactating mothers, that’s why we
must eat nutritious food and proper intake food so that we can eliminate
malnourished children.

What is the importance of having a balance diet?


It is to eliminate malnutrition and serenity of health problems. It poses a
major threat to children because it may be cause of death.

What is the effect of malnutrition?


Malnutrition has many effects, like it effects of low resistance of infection
resulting in increased susceptibility to diseases, like tuberculosis, diarrhea,
chicken fox, measles, and influenza.
