Menerangkan bahwa pasien tersebut saat ini dalam kondisi sakit dengan depresi + anxiety
disorder + hipertensi dan karena kondisi tersebut, saat ini pasien rutin mengkonsumsi
Alprazolam 1mg 1x1, dan Amlodpie 5 mg 1x1 selama 2 tahun ini. Namun, beberapa hari
terakhir pasien mengalami pembengkakan di kedua kakinya dan nyeri jantung. Pasien sering
berdebar kencang dan membuat sesak, selain itu OS juga sering merasa demam tiba-tiba.

Oleh karena itu OS sangat membutuhkan perawatan dokter spesialis.

In this letter I will explain that this patient has been treatment with D/ : Depression and
Anxiety Disorder and Hipertention.

And in that condition right now she has been taking alprazolam 1 mg 1x1, Amlodipe 5mg
1x1 rootine for about this last 2 years.

But now a days her legs have started swelling and increase every day, and also she often feel
fatique and exhaustion even when she have not doing anything, beside that she also often
feels fever, sweating, and fatique.

Because of all that conditioni think it would be better for her to have treatment with specialist
doctor.
