(MUST READ CAREFULLY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE)
 
1. Bring ORIGINAL CNIC (for identity), Original Treasury Receipt (T.R) of Rs. 250/- and ADMISSION
CERTIFICATE for entrance in the examination hall. No entry will be permitted without Original CNIC in
any case whatsoever
 
2. BE SEATED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of paper at your allocated seat. Late Entry is not
allowed at all.
 
3. All types of electronic gadgetry including cell phones, smart watches, blue tooth / GSM devices or
likewise that can help in getting unfair help are STRICTLY BANNED & NOT ALLOWED in the exam hall
or premises. Any candidate if found in possession of any such device(s), shall be DISQUALIFIED from
the instant examination with INITIATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS under CSS CE Rule 16(4) and
PPC.
 
4. Your THUMB IMPRESSION would be required for appearance in the Examination without any
exception. You MUST therefore report at exam hall AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE the start of paper /
scheduled time.
 
5. COVID-19 SOPs are in place. You MUST therefore bring your own Transparent Water Bottle, wear
Face Mask, use Sanitizer and Ensure Social Distancing at the Entrances and Exits. Come vaccinated to
avoid spread of COVID-19..
 
6. You are once again advised to READ CSS CE RULES CAREFULLY available on FPSC website:
www.fpsc.gov.pk Your appearance in the exam is governed by these rules and no deviation is
permissible or possible at all. Any violation of these rules by you may lead to initiation of disciplinary
action(s) against you.
 
7. YOUR ADMITTANCE IN THE EXAMINATION IS PROVISIONAL and is granted on the basis of
information provided by you through your online application. YOU ARE ADVISED IN YOUR OWN
INTEREST TO MAKE SURE THAT, YOU FULFIL ALL REQUIREMENTS AS PER CSS CE RULES, 2019
before appearing in MPT.
 
8. You MUST visit your exam centre at least ONE DAY BEFORE the exam.
 
9. All contraband items, arms, weapons, ammunition, explosive materials etc., are STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
 
10.MPT IS MANDATORY QUALIFYING TEST FOR APPEARING IN MAIN WRITTEN EXAM OF CSS CE-
2023.
