Cooperation Reflection

Cooperation involves working together towards a common goal. It means obeying others and contributing to group efforts. While some people can be selfish, cooperation is important for success in school, work, and family. When people cooperate as a team and share ideas, they can achieve more and maintain harmony rather than creating conflict through competition. Embracing cooperation strengthens relationships and promotes mental well-being.

Cooperation

They say “Learn to cooperate”

We have heard these golden words from our parents and even our boss in the school.
If you think of it, cooperation is necessary in this competitive and harsh world.

It basically means acting together towards a same goal or end. It is abiding by

someone and doing what they ask you to do. For example, your head teacher asks you
to do a report and he wants you to cooperate for a few days. It is up to you whether you
want to obey him or not.

Not everyone in this world knows the art of cooperating. Some are selfish and think of
themselves before others. For me, I would not say that it is a bad trait because there are
situations where you have to be selfish and think about your own good. Isn’t it?

Cooperation is a common effort. This is used in our school especially to our learners,
co teachers and school head. In order to work towards a common goal and achieving
success, it is important to cooperate with them. There is harmony in the school setting
when everyone works like a good and cooperative team member.

When your colleagues are competitive and work against you, it generates heated
arguments. But when we are working together, we can learn from each other in multiple
ways. When ego and insecurity rises in an individual, it can harm the person and disturb
their mental peace.

Cooperation is a positive aspect and more number of people should embrace it.
Sometimes, we need to listen to others and their ideas. It is necessary in a family and
even in professional life. Cooperating with siblings, elders and even the co workers is
recommended to strengthen the relationship and maintain peace.
