The COMPANY NAME dress code policy is designed to help us all provide a consistent
professional appearance to our students and colleagues. Our appearance reflects on ourselves and the
company. The goal is to be sure that we maintain a positive appearance and not to offend students,
colleagues, or the Management.
Who does this policy apply to? The COMPANY NAME dress code policy applies to everyone.
Dress Code Policy:
Employees are expected to dress in smart casual attire
Smart casual is a dress code that focuses on more relaxed clothing but still fits well and
creates a polished appearance.
Employees must always present a clean, professional appearance. Everyone is expected to be well-
groomed and wear clean clothing, free of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
Appropriate Smart Casual Attire for includes the following:
- Blazer Jackets - Dress/Skirts (At least 1 inch above the knee)
- Long sleeves/Polo Shirt - Thick leggings/Slacks/Jeans
- Blouses - Heels/Doll Shoes/Rubber Shoes/Sneaker
Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps are not allowed.
Clothing should not be too revealing.
Clothing and grooming styles dictated by religion or ethnicity are exempt.
Dress Code Violations:
Our HR/Admin are expected to inform employees when they are violating the dress code.
Employees who violate this policy are expected to immediately correct the issue. This can include leaving
work to change clothes. Repeated or serious violations may be subject to disciplinary action.

Flip flops/Slippers.
Bleached hair color/ Light Hair color.
Facial Piercing.
Facial Hair for male.
Backless tops or Tight and Revealing Clothing.
Short skirts or dresses.
Shorts.
Romper shorts.
Yoga pants.
T-shirts.
Tattered pants.
Crop top.
