Closing Interview Procedure:

Important Note 1: This is Regarding of closing interview schedule. So, don't ignore this, if
you failed to attend the interview without any intimation. We will make absent in IG1 and
inform to NEBOSH. You will not get result in IG1.

Important Note 2: Kindly make sure with your network before attending the closing
interview. If there will be no proper network, your closing interview will be cancelled.

Key Points of Closing Interview to attend


1. Start of the Interview - identification should show to the Interviewer.
• Passport (or)
• National ID Card.
1. Interviewer will cross check your Identification with the Learner registration details.
2. Leaner should ensure the private room to attend the Interview and you are not
permitted to have another person in the room.
3. Interviewer needs to see you do not have any notes or electronic devices you can
access during the interview. You will also need to sit so that the Interviewer can see the door
of the room you are sit in.
4. Questions - The Interviewer will ask you questions based on your open book exam.
5. End of the Interview - the Interviewer will close the interview but will not be able to
inform you of the outcome on the video call.

What happens next?


• If the Interviewer is happy that the work is your own, your mark will be declared in
line with published NEBOSH timeframes.
• If your Interviewer is not satisfied that the work is your own work, they will notify
NEBOSH who then contact you directly to advise the next steps. This may initially be a
second interview with NEBOSH, or possibly an investigation in line with NEBOSH's Policy
and procedures for suspected malpractice in examinations and assessments.
POINTS TO NOTE:
Duration of the Interview: 15 Minutes as per your allotted schedule.
NOTE:
• Install the Application of both ZOOM.
• Learner mandatory to attend NEBOSH closing Interview without Failure.
• Learner Should be ready to attend interview for the allotted schedule without any
delay.
