1 Please confirm that you understand on the
scope of work as described and shown in the
document.
2 Please confirm that you visited the site,
examined, understand the SI and assessed the
site condition. All cost relating to site
conditions are deemed to be included in your
tender price.
3 Please confirm that the works shall be carried
out in compliance with the Engineer's
Specification as stated in the tender
documents.
4 Contractor is required to submit Method
Statement for Engineer verification and
approval prior to commencement of any
construction works at site. Please submit all the
necessary catalogues, technical data sheets and
relevant certificates to substantiate your tender
offer. The materials offered shall be compliance
with the Engineer's Specifications and from the
approved vendors of the relevant Authorities.
5 Please provide a work programme indicating
the commencement and completion of each
works
6 Contractor shall submit the logistic plan for our
approval.
7 Please note that Top of foundation levels of lifts
shall refer to M&E lift pit depth. Please confirm
that you shall re-confirm the Top of foundation
level with Engineer. Any

8 Prior to commencement of any works at Site,
the Contractor is responsible to check against
the Original Ground Level and satisfied that all
levels given are accurate and genuine. In the
event of any discrepancies, the Contractor
should write to the Engineer immediately and
waits for the Engineer's further instruction.
9 Please note that the precedent condition for
issuance of Certificate of Completion and
Compliance shall be of such that:
a) The entire Works have been
completed in accordance with the
approved drawings and specification;
b) All tests have been carried out with
satisfactory results; and
c) Successful handing over of the
completed works and obtained the
necessary evidence of the acceptance
of the Works.
10 All alternative proposal is subjected to the
approval of client and relavent consultant, and
must adhere to the authority/government's
requirement.
11 In order to maintain the cleanliness of existing
roads and also to mitigate the dust pollution
resulted from your Works, you are required to
provide and maintain water tanker for regular
cleaning of the Works during the entire
contract period for compliance with statutory
authorities requirements
12 Engineers' specifications and notes are to be
strictly adhered to.
13 The tender price are deemed to all R.C. Coping,
lintel, stiffener, R.C. Fin, R.C. parapet wall, steel
connection and etc as shown in the general
notes.
14 The construction works shall be well
coordinated with all the drawings from all the
consultants including any necessary
connection, punching through the beam, pipe
sleeves and etc. to avoid double handling
works.

15 Tenderer is to obtain clearance and approval
from authorities on relevant work, including
but not limit to temporary access, temporary
traffic access platform, temporary work
proposal, traffic safety control, road diversion
or closures, soil dumping site permit, heavy
machinery, mobile crane permit, night work
permit, false work, scaffold and formwork
design. Approval shall be issue to all parties for
file keeping.
16 Compliance to Occupational Safety and Health
Regulations and Act is compulsory for this site.
Any non-compliance to above regulations and
act shall be solely Tenderer responsibilities and
liabilities for any issuance of Stop Works Order
by local authorities. No extension of time shall
be considered for this issue.
17 Please ensure you organize invite SO, client,
Architect, engineers and all related party to
attend site walk with a report before your
application of CPC. Your CPC shall apply with
submission of all endorsed as-built drawing.
18 The tender price are deemed to include for all
additional rebar required for M&E/
landscape/architectural opening for all the
related features where necessary.
19 Steel beam and column member to be design
and build by the contractor with PE endorsed
