The following will be the CODE OF CONDUCT which has to be strictly adhered to by the
students.
Students are requested to adhere to the timing as mentioned in the itinerary.
The trip will start from the college to the Aravalli Biodiversity park (ABP) and will end with
arrival at the college from the ABP. Students will have to collect at the college in the morning
and will be dispersed from the college after completion of the trip in the afternoon.
My ward is medically fit to travel in a bus and to walk in the Biodiversity Park.
I am willing to send my ward to the field trip and to pay the rent of the bus collectively taken by
all students. The unused amount will be reimbursed back.
I am aware that my ward has to reach college on their own, then will go to the field trip in the
rented bus. They will be dropped back in college and they have to go back to their respective
houses on their own.
Students should bring their eatables and water. ORS and pen/pencil, notepad, sweet lime water
etc. to keep them hydrated is recommended. They should wear fully covered clothes and sports
shoes with long socks to remain protected from insects.
They should stay with the group. They should not go anywhere else with friends.
