WORK AND FINANCIAL PLAN BY THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) TO INCORPORATE IN BARANGAY ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PROGRAM OF ARTACHO, BAUTISTA, PANGASINAN FOR
CALENDAR YEAR 2022.

Whereas, Executive Chairman Novel M. Niño and its council members formulate stout
and effective work and financial plan for endorsement to sanggunian to include in Annual
Investment Program of barangay for calendar year 2022;
WHEREAS, DILG MC No. 2002-121encourage the LGU’s to organize/reorganize
their respective LCPC’s/BCPC’s pursuant to R.A. No. 4881 and 8980 and
Presidential Decree No. 603 as amended. The LCPC/BCPC shall responsible in
planning and spearheading programs for children at the local/barangay level with
the end in view of making the locality child friendly;
Whereas, after thorough study and deliberation, the committee desire to include the
following programs, projects and activities in formulating Annual Investment Program of
barangay, to wit;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of committee member EVANGELINE A. TADEO duly
seconded by all committee members present, be it;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recommend the above-mentioned
programs, projects and activities for approval by the Barangay Development Council
(BDC) and Sangguniang Barangay to be in line with the formulation of Annual
Investment Program of Barangay Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan for Calendar Year 2022;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to Sangguniang Barangay
and Barangay Development Council, and other concern agencies for their information
and guidance.
