The title would be "Strategic Adjustment and Effectiveness
Towards Social Status of Grade 9 Students."
- As a teacher, I'll conduct this study since I'm sure it will be
beneficial to parents and students alike. I will request permission
to perform this study from the Principal and get the required
materials ready. I will look for an in-kind donation as part of the
research process that will enable me to address some of the
requirements of the students and parents.
Improving the Performance of Elementary School Pupils with
Strategic Intervention Material (SIM)
RONEL ENCINAS
This paper attempted to prove that the Strategic Intervention
Material (SIM) can significantly address the least mastered skills
and learning competencies from the K-12 curriculum guide.
Different and multiple activities were created in order to
improve and make the pupil understand difficult concepts about
the subject matter. Assessments were made and subjected to
parallel testing. The items in the test were analyzed. The
activities were finalized and administered in T. Elementary
School, with 23 Grade IV pupils as respondents. The mean,
mastery and performance level on the actual lesson and the
utilization of SIM were computed. The results were also
compared. The mastery and performance level before and after
the use of the Strategic Intervention Material were interpreted. It
showed that there was significant difference on the mastery and
performance levels of pupils. This suggests that the utilization
of SIM helps the pupils to master the difficult and least
mastered competencies.
4. The study's problem is that students are having difficulty
understanding how to improve their performance levels through
the use of multiple activities.

Ep 5
As a future educator, I must keep in mind that maximizing my
resources will not only help a child's learning and development but
also save me time and money. I'm going to authorize myself to get
the materials I need to enhance my child's educational experience.
Examples include movies, PowerPoint slideshows, worksheets,
cabinets and files, novels, and dictionaries. This helps me and my
students stay organized while also enabling them to get the most
out of their educational experience. I'd like to use youngster art to
decorate the walls. The teenagers' self-esteem will rise as a result.
For instance, setting up a comfortable reading area to inspire them
to read more. Furthermore, by creating shared open areas with
other classes, I think I can assist the students to attain their full
physical, mental, and emotional potential. I want to welcome
students into my classroom and make them feel comfortable as a
future teachers. They should talk about their opinions and feelings
regarding something. I'll make sure I can live up to their
expectations as well.
Ep 6
The students had adequate room to move around and store their
belongings in their cabinets. The design of the space was in line
with concepts of teaching and learning. There are several graphics
that can greatly inspire students and grab their attention. Their
study area was secure and had class regulations that may promote
harmony. The classroom is properly aired, and all of the students
are at ease.
-Without question, the most challenging and biased environment is
psychological in nature. Within the psychological environment,
teachers show their attitudes, excitement, values, and principles.
The majority of students seek support and encouragement when
they start their educational path. The psychological setting of the
classroom encourages discussion of concepts, points of view, and
attitudes as well as an inquiry into problems and raising of
questions.
The phrase "social environment" describes how a classroom's
setting affects or facilitates relationships between young students,
teachers, and family members. Teachers must design lessons that
take the following elements into consideration in order to create a
setting that fosters social interaction.
