of knowledge of pedagogy which I shouldn't only share and teach local ideas but also
the global perspective that can be assisted my locale. In terms of my learner's education,
I should equip my students to relate that they are part of the world and the one who
understands it as a whole. Molding them to be globally competitive as they learn and
relate from various cultures, economies, and social issues of different countries. Also, I

Learning: A Treasure from Within (Delor, 1996). It was said that to address the 21st-
century demands for teaching and learning there are four pillars to commit oneself and
these are; Learning to Know, Learning to Do, Learning to be, and Learning to live
together. Learning to Know indicates the desire for gaining knowledge that able to
become literate. Learning to Do suggest that knowledge should be enhanced into skills
as having skills is also essential as it is the qualification trend today which having
knowledge plus skills can surely help to work towards the changes of 21st century.
Learning to Be imply having the confidence in oneself and have the urge to develop my
full potential. And lastly, Learning to live Together pertains to a good relationship with
other people. Showing respect, concern, and working wholeheartedly with
professionalism. Doing these four pillars has surely made me improve and to address
