In response to your request hereunder our quotation for

Detailed Scope of works

- Preparation of set of Engineering Drawings (Topographic Map, Site Grading Plan, Typical Road Lay-
out, Drainage lay-out, Water Distribution Lay-out, Electrical Distribution Lay-out, Water Waste
Treatment Tank) including, Printing & Blueprints.
- Actual Lay-out of the proposed Drainage, Manholes, lay-out of Base , subbase and finish grading.
- Horizontal and Vertical as-built of the existing drainage system of MMP
- Horizontal & Vertical As-built of the existing canal to determine water chock point and
Out fall.

Project Cost:
- Preparation of Engineering Detailed Drawings---------------------------Php 35,000.00
(Signed and Sealed with respective Engineering Professionals)
- Actual Ground survey works including finish grade lay-out ------------ Php 50,000.00

Projected Total Project Cost -------- Php 85,000.00

Terms and conditions:

- Minor revisions of engineering plans will be of free charge.


- Major revisions due to changes in design from the proponent are free of charge up to 3rd revisions only
and will be charge 10% of the cost to the 4th and 5th revisions and 15% to the succeeding.

Projected Project Duration:

- Preparation of Detailed Engineering Drawings – 7 days


- Ground Lay-out --------------------------- 3 days

Mode of Payment:

30% - upon acceptance of this proposa


60% - Upon approval of the Engineering Design
10% - Upon turn-over of the actual horizontal & vertical stake-out
