SDS Barite

Barite is used as an additive in oil well drilling fluid and as a weighting agent. EMERGENCY OVERVIEW:
Caution may cause eye, skin andrespiratory tract irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and
clothing. Avoid breathing airborne product. Keep container closed. Use with adequate
ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.
This product is a/an transparent tan to powder. Slippery when wet. A nuisance dust.
