Now, you are ready
to start
Go to My program tab to check your workout for today. You
can also review the plan for upcoming dates to know your plan
for the whole week.

Start Workout
you can see:

for today’s workout

be working on this tim
list of exercises your
coach have chosen
according to your goal
and preferences.
Here you also have an option to
play your favourite music directly in the app.

Each exercise not only has a video, but also a
step-by-step instruction on how to do
everything properly.

We keep in mind that your muscles should

recovery days when needed.

are divided into
sections based on the
goals our users have,
but you can also filter
them by the difficulty
level, length and some
other characteristics.

Your personal
meal plan
Good nutrition is extremely
important, as it ensures that
your workouts are effective,
and you have enough energy
to complete them.
You can check your personal
meal plan in Meals tab. It
usually consists of breakfast,
lunch, dinner and 2 snacks.

Don’t like some dishes that much?
No problem, simply swap them!

Pick the dish you like better, and it
will appear on your meal plan:

Once you are
satisfied with your
meal plan for the
week,
go to Shopping list.
Here you can find all the
products you will need for
the current week, split by
their type (Dairy, Fruits,
Grains, etc).
Feel free to use “Share” option to send your
shopping list via your preferred messengers.

Got all ingredients
you need?
Click on the meal card to
see how much time the
cooking will take, the
amount of callories,
proteins, carbs and fats it
has.
This meal card also
includes a detailed recipe,
so even if you never
cooked, there should be
no difficulties with the
process.

make sure to consume the
daily calorie norm and
water intake. Where can
you see how it is all going?

Go to the “Me” tab. Here you’ll have:

your trainings
Switch on notifications Change language settings
to make sure you don’t and units you’d like to use:
