variable share in the land underneath the Building which was situate and lying at Mouza-Parui,
J.L. No-103 and Chok Jotshibrampur, J.L. No-25, Holding No-E3-398, Ward No-14(New) under
P.S. Maheshtala, Kolkata-700141, Maheshtala Municipality, District 24 Parganas (South) to (1)
SRI NITESH KUMAR TIWARI (PAN-ATYPT7695R, Aadhaar No-4014 7966 7517), son of Krishna
Kumar Tiwari, (2) SMT. URMILA TIWARI (PAN-ATSPT7138H, Aadhaar No-3954 8964 4569), wife
of Sri Krishna Kumar Tiwari, both by faith-Hindu, by Nationality-Indian, by occupation-Housewife
& Service, both are residing at Qr. No-m-586 4/2 Colony, Post Office Road, Bandhabahal,
Jharsuguda, Odisha-768211 for a total consideration of Rs.55,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five
Lakhs) only which is executed at ARA- Kolkata dated 26.08.2022 and Deed No.
