We are pleased to inform you that the following students are allowed to undergo Internship Programme at
Numaligarh Refinery Limited w.e.f. 03.07.2023 & request to report at 10.30 am. Further details will be intimated
during reporting.

Following are the guidelines that students have to follow during Internship Programme:
1. Bring original I-card of your college/University with Photostat copy of the same.
2. Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID and two passport size photos with Photostat copy of the same.
3. The students will be required to attend the Classes/Training regularly as per schedule and maintain discipline
during the programme. They need to follow the instructions of the project guide during the internship period.
4. The accommodation and stipend will not be provided to the student by NRL. Total duration of the internship
programme will be of 30/60 days. So, students are kindly requested to arrange their accommodation accordingly.
5. At the end of the internship programme Students have to submit a project report (Hard copy) and T&D will issue
certificate accordingly.
6. Please find herewith terms & conditions sheet which need to be returned in scan copy duly signed and stamped.
7. Internship Programme will be confirmed after receiving terms & conditions sheet in scan copy duly signed and
stamped.
8. Kindly advised the student to follow proper formal dress code with shoes, during the programme. The technical
students have to wear PPE (Boiler Suit, Helmet, and Safety Shoe) & need to arrange by self for practical training.
(Note: Please confirm participation within 2 days)
