 In earlier days business was done without the help of latest technologies like mobile and
Internet. Nowadays the amount of information that is transferred through smartphones and
Internet is very huge. Latest innovations has opened doors for global trade for small and
medium-sized companies.
 Communicating through Mobile Phones and Smart Phones have essential for owners of
small and medium sized companies, for keeping the communication channel open for
business communications and customer relations cellphones have become a necessity.
Accessing Email and Internet has also become common through cellphones. Sending
Media in the form of audio video and images has also helped communication barriers
vanish in business sector.
