4. Completed scope of work
Diassembley Gas Compressor Alpha
• Perform Original Bumping clearance recorded before outer head disassembled, compressor
alpha
• Remove the outer head, compressor alpha
• Remove the piston with rod assembled for compressor alpha
• Remove the crosshead assembly
• Remove suction valve outer and crank end compressor alpha
Re assembly
• Renewal the crosshead bushing new and pin bushing new compressor alpha 2 nd stage
• Installing and joint supernut to crosshead compressor alpha 2 nd stage
• Installing the crosshead pin and joint with connecting rod, compressor alpha 2nd stage
• Re installing suction valve 2nd stage compressor alpha
• Final cleaning and housekeeping
5. Recommendation for next Overhaul
• To replace rider ring and piston ring,packing ring set,suction and discharge
valve,gasket kit,main bearing,connecting rod bearing,crankshaft oil seal and oil filter
• To replace pin bushing crosshead,bushing crosshead,bushing connecting rod,kompresor
