Terms and Conditions:
1. This Complimentary Voucher is non-transferable and is redeemable only through Complimentary Voucher Redemption via
www.sgivacationclub.com.
2. Each person is entitled to one Complimentary Voucher irrespective of the number of sales presentation attended.
3. This Complimentary Voucher is only applicable for booking of accommodations between Sundays and Thursdays only. The redemption for
this Complimentary Voucher is not applicable during school holidays, public holidays and/ or on the eve of public holidays.
4. The total number of occupants in an accommodation shall not exceed 2 persons.
5. This Complimentary Voucher will be invalid after ten (10) months from the date of activation. No extension will be entertained.
6. All reservations are subject to availability. A Confirmation Slip will be emailed to the registered email address once the reservation has been
confirmed. Alternatively, the Confirmation Slip may be downloaded manually.
7. Transfer of the entitlement of this Complimentary Voucher to another person(s) is strictly prohibited.
8. No cancellations will be entertained once a reservation has been confirmed and a Confirmation Slip has been provided. Once a confirmation
has been made, it is deemed that this Complimentary Voucher has been used and no further redemption can be made.
9. The Confirmation Slip must be presented upon check-in, failing which normal rates for the accommodation shall be chargeable against you.
10. Accommodations allocated via this Complimentary Voucher may differ from the illustrations in the printed collateral's provided and/or
presented.
11. The management of an accommodation reserves the right to use the security deposit collected upon check-in to set off against any cost of
loss(es)/ damage(s) caused to the accommodation. Nothing in this clause shall limit the management of the accommodation the right to recover
damages over and above the amount of the security deposit.
12. SGI Vacation Club Berhad reserves the right to void/revoke this Complimentary Voucher at any time without notifying you.
13. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION You hereby confirm that you consent to the SGI Vacation Club Berhad in collecting, keeping, recording
and holding your personal data including but not limited to your name, NRIC number, telephone and/or mobile number, e-mail address, address
and billing information in accordance with the SGI Vacation Club's personal data protection policy and applicable data protection
legislation.
