Present Simple: Part 2 verb=глагол

He He works in an international company.


She She watches TV shows every evening.
It This plane flies 240 times a year.
Singular nouns Sugar damages our teeth.
Uncountable nouns
If the subject of the sentence is he\she\it\ a singular noun or
an uncountable noun we add the -s\ -es\-ies endings

-ies If the verb ends with a “y” but there is a consonant letter before
the “y”, we get rid of the “y” and write the –ies ending on its
place
Cry=> cries play=> plaies
Fly=> flies pray=> praies
Study=> studies say=> saies
Try=> tries
-es If the verb ends with -sh\ -ch\ -s\ -x\ -z endings we just add the
–es ending
Brush=> brushes box=> boxes
Watch=> watches splash=> splashes
Wax=> waxes
-s In almost all other cases
Go=> goes Do=> does Have=> has
He + (-s\ -es\ -ies)
She Subject+ verb(-s\ -es\- ies)+ objects
It He studies in YALE. She wakes up at 6 a.m.
Singular nouns It works on electricity.
Uncountable nouns - does not\ doesn’t
He does not like cowheel.
She does not watch horror movies.
