2、Security summary

I
Attention must be paid to the following general safety precautions during the
operation or maintenance of the instrument, and we shall not be liable for any
injury or damage to the machine resulting from the failure of the customer to
follow these precautions or any specific warning in this manual.

Before connecting the power supply, please check that the

power supply is in line with the rated input value of the
instrument and confirm that the switch is off.

Necessity of protective grounding: Do not disconnect the

inner or outer protective grounding wire or interrupt the
connection of the protective grounding terminal.This can
cause a potential shock, which can cause injury.

Fuses: only the required rated current, voltage and specific

types of fuses (normal fuse, time delay, etc.) can be used.Do
not use fuse of different specifications or short circuit fuse
holder, otherwise it may cause electric shock or fire hazard.

Do not operate in explosive or corrosive air.

Do not operate the instrument under flammable gas or gas or
corrosive environment.

Switch off the power switch and disconnect all connections

when changing the position of the product.
The product should be placed in the appropriate position, the
emergency can quickly disconnect the power connection.
Please handle the product carefully to avoid collision.
Please attach the product manual when resetting the product.

Check to ensure that the AC input voltage setting is consistent

with the specification of the fuse and that there is no abnormality
on the surface of the power cord. Make sure to cut off the power
cord or turn off the power switch before checking.
If there is any abnormality or fault, please stop using
immediately. Cut off the power cord or disconnect the power from
the distribution box. Do not use the product until it is repaired.

column,When the inlet TDS> 200ppm, it is recommended to choose an external
softener.

 3.Installation
3.1 Installation condition
●Power supply：AC110V-240V，50/60Hz
●Inflow Water：Tap water, Inflow pressure 0.1-0.3MPa
●Ambient Temp：15~35℃，Ambient relative humidity≤80%
●Installation place：The ground is flat and waterproof,drainage floor drain.

3.2 Equipment placed

●Put the equipment on flat ground or other place.
●Open the front door,check whether the connectors are tight or not.
If not, pls tighten them.

3.3 Connect pipes

●Connect the pipe between the water purifier and the water source.
●Connect pure water pipe with the tank.
●Connect the concentrate water pipe with sanitary sewer.
（1）Connect the water intake
Turn off the tap water main switch, connect one end of the water intake pipe
randomly attached in the attachment to the water inlet of the machine, and
connect the other end to the water outlet interface.
Note：For all threaded connections, wrap a sufficient amount of raw tape
tightly to prevent leakage
（2）Connecting waste port
Take a suitable length of PE pipe (thick), insert one end into the label waste
water outlet, the other end into the sink.
（Note：Do not block the discharge port！）
（3）Method of connection between pure water pipe and joint
■ The pure water pipe had better be cut with a special pipe cutter. If other

tools are used to cut, the cutting section must be kept round as far as
possible, otherwise it is easy to cause leakage at the joint.

 ■Before inserting the water pipe, please take off the stop and insert it to the

bottom of the connector as far as possible, and then put the stop.
■ Before pulling out the water pipe, remove the stop buckle, press the oval

pawl end face on the water hole, and then pull out the water pipe.
■The plastic water pipe connected with the quick joint, when it is pulled out

and re-inserted, it is best to cut off the front end or replace the new water
pipe, otherwise it is easy to cause leakage at the joint.

4.Start up and debug

4.1 Debugging check
After finish installation,should check and debug the machine before the first
use.
●Open the water feed valve,Fully open waste water control valve.
●Press the“Power”button,start the water purifier.
●Observe whether the Raw water pressure is during 0.1-0.3Mpa.If the
pressure is too high,pls turn down the water feed valve;if the pressure is too
low,pls power off the water purifier and then check whether the water inlet
pipe diameter is too small and whether water feed Valve is fully opened.If
necessary, add a booster pump or change a thick pipe.

 ●Check whether internal and external pipes leak water. After the high
pressure pump starts,wait a moment then check whether the concentrate
water flow is smooth ,otherwise must stop the water purifier to check the
conditions of the input and output pipes,ensure no bending and
blocking,meanwhile ensure the waste water Valve is fully opened.
●After the work light start,check whether the high pressure gauge value is
0.5-0.6MPa; If too high,turn up the concentrate water control valve smoothly;
If too low, turn down the concentrate water control valve. Keep the pressure
stable at about 0.5MPa.
Note:In winter,the water production will be discreased.If the water production
can meet the demand,no need to adjust.If the production can’t meet the
demand,need to turn down the concentrate water valve to increase the
production,but pls make sure the high pressure not more than 0.6MPa, avoid
damage the machine.
●Check whether the producing water conductivity is <0.1µs/cm or
resistance in 10 mΩ. Cm above,and water purifier run well or not.
●Check whether the water purifier stop automatically;whether the water
purifier can power on automatically when the water level reach low limit in
tank.If not, pls check the water level switch and wire lines.

4.2 Instructions on water quality alarm and setting method

Purpose of the alarm: to warn that the water quality of the deionized water is
below the set value and cannot meet the water quality requirements of the
actual water. The deionized purification column must be replaced in time.Other
consumables can be selectively replaced according to the replacement time.(It
is suggested that when the water quality of the ionized water is lower than the
set value, all consumables should be replaced.)
In the normal process of water production, if the indicator light board appears
RO film, PP cotton, activated carbon, ion column these four indicator lights
flashing with the buzzer alarm, be sure to replace the corresponding

supplies.Press the reset button to cancel the alarm sound of consumables,
and then press the reset button for more than 5 seconds to clear the alarm
time of consumables.

When the conductivity of deionized water is >1µs/cm (resistivity of deionized

water <1MΩ.cm, the factory default Settings), the system will be deionized
water conductivity water quality exceeding alarm.If you need to continue to use
it, you need to change the alarm setting of conductivity exceeding standard to
eliminate the alarm.
Customers can adjust the alarm threshold according to their actual water
quality demand. The setting method of the alarm value of the water
conductivity of deionized water exceeding the standard is as follows:
1、Enter Settings mode from normal display
The instrument has been set corresponding parameters before leaving the
factory. If the test environment changes (such as changing the conductance
pool, changing the alarm setting, etc.), the setting parameters shall be checked
and set accordingly.
Long press the enter key for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode interface
from the normal display interface.

After entering the display state of the setting mode interface, the number
flashes.

2、Find the alarm value upper limit setting interface and alarm value lower
limit setting interface
Find "Hi" display through the enter key (maximum alarm Settings interface),
you can choose the location of the input Numbers by moves to the right key,
move up key input Numbers (resistivity = 5 MΩ.cm for the factory default alarm
value limit), the enter key to save into the next item on the menu Settings.

Through the enter key to find the "Lo" display (lower limit alarm value set
interface), ditto operation (resistivity = 1 MΩ.cm for the factory default alarm
value lower limit).

After setting, press Enter to exit the setting interface and enter the normal
display interface.
The whole setup process is complete.

5.Usage guide:
This machine is only a button to start,fully automatic control.

●Press the "power" switch to start the water machine, and the "power" and
"water making" indicator lights up, and the machine automatically enters the
water making state.
●Check the raw water pressure gauge , should always be between
0.1-0.3MPa.If the pressure is lower than 0.1MPa, the machine will
automatically alarm and the under-pressure indicator light will be on to find
the reason for the water pressure.
●Power on, “power” “making water” light is lit up. Check whether the high
pressure gauge is 0.5--0.6 MPa after two minutes;
ensure water production and producing water resistance Accord with the
requirements of the laboratory.
●The water will stop automatically when the water level reach the
upper limit,enter the ready state,the ‘full’ recording light start;Until the

 water level reach the low limit,the machine will start automatically.
●Power off:Close the ‘Power’ switch,close the inflow valve,remove the
power plug.

6.Safety cautions

●Ensure he power supply plug connect the ground line well.

●Forbid running when over or under voltage.
●It is forbidden to remove the machine parts,to prevent the accident.
●The concentrate water valve should not be adjusted at will,keep in the
normal pressure range,avoid damage.

7.Maintenance

7.1 Replacement cycle of filter element

If you can pay attention to the timely and appropriate replacement of the filter
element, it can ensure the long-term stability of pure water quality.The
replacement cycle of the filter element is determined by the quality of the local
water source.Generally, it is estimated empirically that the approximately time
of regular replacement of each filter element is as follows:

Note:
(1) The above time is set at 3 hours per day, and the time can be adjusted
appropriately according to the specific water consumption.
(2) when the inflow TDS>200ppm or the dosage is too high, it is
recommended to shorten the replacement time of the first three filter

 elements or install external prefilter appropriately, otherwise the quality of
pure water and the service life of the subsequent ultra-purified column will be
affected.

7.2 Preprocessing part

used to filter water impurities.It will be clogged by impurities or failure after a
period of time running, must be replaced immediately(According to the local
water quality to determine the change time,Generally not more than six
months to change once),all for protecting the backward RO membrane.
Replace method: close the tap water inlet valve, open the pressure relief
valve, turn off the power switch, when the inlet pressure gauge indicates zero,
open the front door of the machine, unscrew the handwheel on the upper and
lower part of the preprocessor by hand, and then gently remove the joint,
replace with a new processor, tighten the handwheel.Open the inlet valve and
check whether there is water seepage at the junction.Make sure there is no
abnormality before boot.

7.3 Deionizing column

when the producing water resistance is higher than your requirement,need to
replace a new one( generally required: Water conductivity≤1µs/cm).
Replacement method:
Close the power,open the front door,use hand to remove the screw of the

connector on the top of ion exchange column(Picture 2),move the connector
smoothly. Remove the Red seal plug on the ion exchange column(Pls attention
to the O type circles like picture 3),then replace the column,tighten the
screw,turn on the machine, check the connectors have water seepage or not.

8.Attentions

●Must read the instruction carefully before use the water purifier,In
strict accordance with the specifications
●During the initial installation and use, the first bucket of water manufactured
after the water is full shall be discharged through the outlet.
●Turn off the power and close the inflow valve.
●Keep daily maintenance good,replace consumable in time.Ensure keep
long-time stable job..Keep inner clean,avoid water spay.
●If find the water purifier run abnormally,turn off immediately,check and
remove trouble,then restart.
●If the inflow water pressure is not enough, pls don’t turn on the
machine,should turn off to wait until the pressure become normal.
●The concentrated water valve is inside the machine,generally no need to
adjust.

10. After sales service contact information

From the date of purchase, the fault caused by non-human and force majeure
factors, free repair with the warranty card, free of charge for materials.
1、The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
(1). The user fails to use and maintain the machine according to the
requirements of the product operation manual;
(2)Failure of the machine is caused by collision, self-disassembly without
permission, overtime use of filter element;

(3)Machine failure is caused by the use of consumables or accessories other
than those of the Company;
2、The consequences of the following circumstances are not within the scope
of the Company's responsibility:
(1). Water leakage is caused by self-disassembly without permission;
(2)Water leakage is caused by a repairman/repairman who is not authorized
by our company;
(3)The water temperature of the tap water used by the machine is 5-45 ℃. If
the temperature is lower than the lowest temperature, the machine will freeze
inside, and the parts will crack when the temperature rises, causing water
leakage;
(4)Water leakage caused by man-made or force majeure damage to the
machine.
