SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 3 ENGLISH

Thank you for choosing Yenadent. Please read the operating instructions and safety warnings
carefully before use to ensure you get the most out of your Yenadent machine. Before commissioning
the machine, make sure that all persons who will use the machine read this manual.

Keep this manual handy for quick reference. If you have questions or problems, you can use this
manual. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected].

IMPORTANT
Please check when the machine is delivered, if it is damaged during shipment and if the parts
shipped with the machine are missing. If there are immediate objections and feedback, it will be
possible to resolve the problem.

1 General Safety Warnings

This section contains important information for using the machine safely.
1.1 Introduction to Product
The machine you have purchased has been manufactured using High Speed control and Micro-Step
motors and is a vertical machining center suitable for industrial use.
Suitable for working with standard "G" codes, the Yenadent D10 series is designed to help you process
precisely all the models you have designed with an easy to use interface program.

1.2 Responsibilities and Obligations

This information in the user manual must be taken into consideration. Basic safety warnings, safety
instructions and knowing how to operate the machine are essential conditions for safe and proper use
of this machine's safety instructions.
Obligations of the manager;
The operator shall only allow the person or persons specified below to work on the machine;
• To have sufficient knowledge of basic work safety and accident prevention instructions.
• Being trained in the operation and use of the machine.
• Have read this user manual and provided the desired conditions in the manual.
• Keep all warnings on the machine readable.

Operator obligations;
Everyone working on the machine must observe the following before starting work.
• Business must take into account the basic instructions on safety and accident prevention.
• The "General Safety Instructions" in this manual must be read and understood.
• You should be fully aware of the machine's characteristics.
• If the operator finds that the machine equipment is not technically safe, he / she should ensure safety
precautions. If the operation is not covered by the operator or if the operator does not have sufficient
information about the subject, he / she should inform the authorized person.
4 ENGLISH

Please read all of the following safety precautions carefully before using your machine to ensure correct
and safe handling and to prevent damage to your machine or getting injured or causing injury to others.
The safety warnings are marked with a triangular security symbol and the key word in front of it. The
keyword (WARNING, CAUTION, etc.) defines the degree of danger that can occur and is as follows.

WARNING If the informations marked with this symbol are ignored, it may result in injury or
death.
CAUTION If the informations marked with this symbol are ignored, your machine may be
damaged.
INFORMATION The informations marked with this symbol describe a point that you should pay
particular attention to prevent malfunctions and errors that may occur in your machine. It also
gives tips on easy handling.

2 Preparation for Transportation and Installation

Since all electronic and mechanical materials used in the manufacture of your machine are
sensitive to shocks and impacts, they require maximum attention during transportation and
placement of the machine. In the event that your machine is being shipped to the working
area, please get support from experts or companies in this field.
Before downloading your machine by transport, make sure that the "overturning label" on the
package and the glass tube on the "impact label" are not in "red" color. These labels will help
you understand when your machine is being transported, if it received impact, or leaned over a
certain angle.
2.1 Before Installation
• The machine generates vibration when it is running, therefore a smooth concrete surface must be
prepared. A level of only 5 mm is allowed along the machine floor.
• The machine periphery must be open. The distance between the wall and machine should be at least
50 cm.
• Your electrical and aerial installation must be ready before installation (see Electrical Installation).
• If the humidity and temperature of the pressurized air change, the drying system and air coolers must
be installed. Compressed air temperature should be the same as room temperature.
• Ambient temperature for processing condition should be 21-22 ºC. (24/7 working air conditioner is
recommended)
5 ENGLISH

2.2 Electricity and Air Conditioning

The electrical and air system of your machine should be prepared for the experts, taking into account
the following information.
• 220 volts ± 5%, 50Hz Single phase mains output.
• Minimum 3 x 1.5mm power cable and 16 amp fuse mount.
• Grounding type class 3 (Class 3 grounding requirements, max. 100 Ω grounding resistance
and a 500 V megger meter).
• The air pressure should be at least 6.5 bar.
• Compressor should provide 100 liters of air flow per minute.
• The connection between the compressor and the machine must be at least 3 ¼ "in size.
• There must be mechanical valve for opening and closing.
• Solid wastes - Class 3 - The filter grade must be at least 5μm for the admixture.
• Water content - Class 4 - max. Pressure drip point + 3C.
• Total oil content - Class 2 - max. oil content 0.1mg / m³.
Pay special attention to the grounding line in the electrical installation prepared for your
machine. Make sure you have the grounding line of your location checked by qualified
personnel. If you have problems with the grounding line, your machine will not be activated.
If you are experiencing momentary changes in the main voltage in your area, or are
experiencing frequent power failures, we recommend that you install a UPS (uninterruptible
power supply) to protect your machine. At least 3 kVA Online UPS should be installed.

If there is water and moisture in the air installation you will use for your machine, it will
cause big faults in your machine. Make sure that the air you use is dry. To do this, connect the
dryer unit at the appropriate capacity to the compressor air outlet. You can get help from
Yena Makina A.Ş to determine the dryer capacity.
2.3 Transportation
You will install your machine, install the nearest truck with the help of forklift, transport vehicle.
Carefully remove the outer package. Cut the stabilizer strips before placing your machine in place.

3 Machine Setup
Please check if the machine has been damaged after cutting the machine's fixing straps. In
case of immediate objections and feedbacks to your dealer or Yena Makina A.Ş , it will be
possible to get results in problem solving.

3.1 Products Shipped With The Machine

When the machine axes move to the reference points, it indicates that the Machine Warm Up Program is
to be run in the message box that appears on the screen. Click the "Yes" button. Your machine will
automatically run the machine heating program.
12 ENGLISH

Running without a tool on the spindle is an inconvenient situation for the spindle. This
situation will cause failure. Do not run the spindle without any tools.
The heating program allows the mechanical parts of your machine to reach the operating
temperature at the first opening. All the settings of your machine have been made since this
program was run.
If the machine axes are stationary for more than 2 (two) hours, be sure to run the file
"Warmup.ngc" before starting work (see Machine Warm Up Program). When the heating
program is over, your machine will go to home position.
