PREFACE

In this project, we learned various methods for the design of an outreach program. The

community service engaged with the outreach program development and one-day seminar for

hygiene and sanitation with support for the children in different barangay of Muntinlupa and

Laguna. This service is a part of the curriculum that the Higher Commission on Education has

established to help college students develop larger roles, self-esteem, and an understanding of

the needs of others and the community. The community service engaged with the outreach

program development and one-day seminar support for the children. The volunteer students of

St. Louis Anne Colleges of San Pedro Laguna decided to conduct a community service in one

day just to make sure that the situation of children is getting better when it comes to Literacy

programs, Basic Learning, and Seminars with proper hygiene and Sanitation. We serve new

knowledge and some sanitation activities and give them simple hygiene kits that give smiles on

their face. Its purpose is to help improve the children’s health and provide a Hygiene Kit and

some food for those children who attend our outreach program. Our seminar program has goals

that everyone has access to have knowledge, attitude, and skills to manage to do proper hand

wash program. The mission of the program is to give knowledge and happiness to every child

CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION

The NSTP is a program aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in

the youth by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing training in any of

its program components. This course is designed to provide students with adequate knowledge

of the various principles and methods relevant to the teaching and learning process. It aims to

strengthen the knowledge, skills and values of the youth to make them more responsive in the

pursuit of peace and development. The entire content of this narrative is the things that are very

important that helped the students to have a new and broader knowledge about the community

we belong to today including the things we did in implementing this entire subject, just like the

seminars we attended to gain more knowledge about life and our society. It also includes what

each one of us learned when we finished this subject and the implementation of our outreach

programs that were made for the fulfillment of this subject which really gave us a good lesson

and memory that we will carry in the future.

The paper evaluates all the things we did throughout the execution of this subject. In this

narrative, we will be able to show what we have learned and our acquired information through

the study of NSTP-CWTS. This paper contains the entire event and activities that we have done

for the fulfillment of the subject National Service Training Program. This is a memorable

experience as it brings out the things that we don't know exist within ourselves and the fact we

help and share what we can to twith community.

CHAPTER 1.1 NSTP- CWTS

All baccalaureate degree programs need completion of this course, National Service

Training Program - Community Welfare Training Service 1, which serves as a prerequisite

for NSTP CWTS 2. The information in this resource covers the requirements of RA 9163, an

Act Establishing the National Service Training Program (NSTP) for Tertiary Level Students.

Through this course, we will learn about our identity as Louisians and put into practice the

CICM advocacies, becoming active participants who support justice, peace, the integrity of

the environment, and the apostolate of indigenous peoples. CWTS (Community Welfare

Training Service) enables the youth to participate in community-based activities and

programs for development, betterment, and innovation for the general welfare.

This training program aims to inspire, develop, and prepare us as students to improve the

community's facilities, particularly those that are dedicated to enhancing health, education,

the environment, safety, recreation, moral citizenship, and other social welfare services, as

well as the general welfare of its residents.

The government promised its citizens that it would uphold the law and maintain national

security to protect and serve them in every way possible. In exchange, people’s main

responsibility is to uphold and defend their states by serving the nation. The state created

R.A. to achieve the goal of the country. Act No. 9163 from 2001 (NSTP). The National

Service Training Program (NSTP), which is divided into three parts, offers tertiary-level

students enough knowledge about social responsibility to foster the values of patriotism,

love of country, relationship with God, respect for others and oneself, and public service.

The mission, vision, and goals focus on providing excellent quality education and fostering an

academic environment that shapes the youth into productive individuals and useful citizens.

The NSTP-CWTS (National Service Training Program - Civic Welfare Training Service) aligns

well with this mission, vision, and goals in several ways.

1. Service-Oriented Education: The NSTP-CWTS program emphasizes community service

and civic welfare. It encourages students to actively engage in projects and activities that

address the needs and concerns of the community. By participating in NNSTP-CWTS students

have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to serve others, which directly

supports the goal of producing productive individuals and useful citizens.

2. Experiential Learning: NSTP-CWTS promotes experiential learning by exposing students to

real-life situations and challenges within the community. Through hands-on experiences,

students develop practical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a deeper understanding of

societal issues. This experiential learning approach aligns to provide excellent quality

education, as it complements theoretical knowledge with practical application.

3. Character Development: The NSTP-CWTS program emphasizes values formation,

leadership development, and ethical conduct. These aspects are crucial in shaping the

character and mindset of students, enabling them to become responsible and active members

of society. By integrating NSTP-CWTS into the educational framework, the institution

reinforces its commitment to nurturing the youth into individuals who contribute positively to

their communities aligning with the mission and vision.

4. Community Engagement: NSTP-CWTS encourages students to actively engage with the

community, fostering a sense of social responsibility and empathy. By working closely with

community members, students gain a deeper understanding of their needs, challenges, and

aspirations. This community engagement aspect reinforces the goal of producing useful

citizens who are aware of and contribute to the betterment of their surroundings.

Overall, the NSTP-CWTS program supports the mission, vision, and goals you outlined by

providing a platform for students to actively participate in community service, develop their

skills, and cultivate values that align with the desired outcomes of excellent quality education.

It serves as a practical avenue for students to apply their academic knowledge and contribute

to the betterment of society, ultimately fulfilling the institution's mission and vision.

SUMMARY OF CHAPTER 2: HUMAN PERSON

Human person

Human beings are considered to be human persons; they are fundamentally unitary (holistic),

spiritual beings with a unique capacity for reason. They also have inherent, unalienable dignity

and worth as well as the capacity to love and reason. You'll read about what it means to be a

human person based on the word's initial definition, person, and how that meaning has changed

over time, human beings and human person are commonly used interchangeably but they do not

have the same meaning. Further, in contemporary society, the word person has a range of

different meanings, some of which are mentioned at the end of this page.

Characteristics of a person

When we say rational is someone who is capable of making choices based on reason rather than

instinct. Free means freedom is the ability to make decisions for ourselves. Unique one of a kind

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a theory of psychology explaining human motivation

based on the pursuit of different levels of needs.

physiological demands are at the bottom. They are the items a person needs to survive that are

most important. Among them are the requirements for food, clothing, warmth, shelter, and health.

P a g e | 15

Safety in their life and surroundings is referred to as their safety or security requirements. The

need for law, order, and protection against unforeseen and hazardous circumstances serves as

motivation.

Social and belongingness Humans are sociable beings that need social interaction. This level

of the hierarchy describes the requirements for love, family, intimacy, and friendship.

Esteem is associated with a person's desire to be respected, attain prestige, and earn

recognition. Once a person has attained their goals of love and belonging needs.

Self-Actualization relates to the achievement of a person's full potential. At this stage,

individuals work to improve themselves to the fullest extent possible and pursuing life goals.

The theory of person

The behaviorist theory of personality emphasizes conditioning as a factor in behavior and holds

that a person's personality is a compilation of their environmental experiences.

Freud proposed that psychological development in childhood takes place during five

psychosexual stages:

Oral The infant's mouth serves as his or her major means of communication during the oral

period, hence the rooting and sucking reflex is very crucial.

Anal the libido's principal function was to regulate bowel and bladder motions. The child must

learn to regulate their bodily needs. A sensation of independence and accomplishment are

brought on by gaining this control.

P a g e | 16
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

Phallic (3 to 6 years) The genitals are the libido's major focus. Children start to learn about the

differences between males and girls at this age.

Latency lasts for six years until puberty and no further psychosexual development occurs. A

dormant libido exists. The focus of the child's energy is mostly directed toward learning new

things and honing existing skills, which limits play to kids of the same gender.

Genital (puberty through adulthood), starts in puberty. It's a period of adolescent sexual

experimentation, which can be resolved successfully by committing to a loving, one-on-one

relationship with a partner in our 20s

Problems/ Fixation

Fixation is a persistent focus on an earlier psychosexual when a person's desire is linked to an

object associated with a previous stage of their psychosexual development.

8 stages of development by Erik H. Erikson

Infancy (Birth): The primary conflict during this stage is between basic trust and mistrust. Infants

undergo the process of developing a sense of trust in their caregivers if their needs are

consistently met. The resulting virtue that emerges is hope, which signifies a lasting belief in the

attainability of their desires.

Early Childhood (Ages 1-3): The central challenge in this stage revolves around autonomy

versus shame and doubt. Children at this developmental phase strive for a sense of

independence and self-control.

Preschool Age (Ages 4-5): The fundamental crisis at this stage involves initiative versus guilt.

Children acquire the ability to initiate ideas and actions, as well as plan for the future. The virtue

that emerges from this conflict is purpose, which encompasses the courage to envision and

pursue goals.

School Age (Ages 6-11): The central conflict during the school age years is industry versus

inferiority. Children derive enjoyment from their work and develop sustained attention. However,

experiencing a sense of inferiority can lead to a loss of confidence in their abilities.

Teenage Years (Ages 12-19): The primary challenge during adolescence is the conflict between

identity and role confusion. Adolescents explore their sense of self and attempt to understand

their place in the world. Struggling to establish a clear identity can result in role confusion.

P a g e | 18
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

Young Adulthood (Ages 20-35): The primary conflict during young adulthood is the clash

between intimacy and isolation. Individuals in this stage seek to merge their identities with others

and form meaningful relationships.

Middle Adulthood (Ages 36-64): Adults experience an impulse to contribute to the next

generation and make a positive impact. A lack of concern for future generations can lead to

interpersonal impoverishment.

Old Age (Age 65-Death): The primary challenge in old age is the conflict between ego integrity

and despair. Older adults reflect on their lives and develop a sense of satisfaction and lack of

fear towards death. The virtue that emerges from this conflict is wisdom, representing a greater

sense of ego integrity.

SUMMARY OF CHAPTER 3: FILIPINO SOCIAL VALUES

Nationalism is a devotion of love of one’s country. It denotes giving greater emphasis on

fostering togetherness through shared cultural background, including language and tradition. It

conveys to someone that their nation is the best among all others, and they will fight to protect it

at all costs. The idea and movement of nationalism is characterized by the advancement of a

particular nation’s interests, particularly with a view to establishing and preserving that nation’s

sovereignty over its territory.

In the culture of the Filipino people, social contexts are crucial in forming and sustaining values.

The Philippines is renowned for its strong sense of belonging to the community and its tight-knit

social networks. These fundamental Filipino principles are frequently seen in community settings:

Bayanihan: The term “bayanihan” refers to the sense of cooperation and community that is

distinctively Filipino. It is frequently shown when people are in need or during communal activities

like house construction or disaster relief as neighbors get together to assist one another.

Treating others with respect, empathy, and a feeling of common identity is referred to as

pakikipagkapwa. It places emphasis on the value of peaceful interactions among neighbors,

exhibiting concern for others’ well-being, and acknowledging the intrinsic worth and dignity of

each individual.

Patriotism

Pater, from Latin, means father, expressing love for country and nationalism, implying patriotism

SUMMARY OF CHAPTER 6 LEADERSHIP

A Leader is someone who acts as guide, a directing head and someone who leads a group or

organization and set direction and help themselves and others to do the right thing to move

forward. Leadership is the position of a leader. Anyone who can influence people to follow them

has leadership qualities.

Good Leadership can be attributed on several qualities that a person must have. From the book

21 INDISPENSABLE QUALITIES OF A LEADER by John C. Maxwell. This book will help

people recognize, develop, and refine the personal characteristics needed to be a truly effective

leader, the kind of leader people want to follow. These qualities are as follows: Character,

Charisma, Commitment, Communication, Competence, Courage, Discernment, Focus,

Generosity, Initiative, Listening, Passion, Positive Attitude, Problem Solving, Relationships,

Responsibility, Security, Self-discipline, Servanthood, Teachability, and Vision.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP is a form of leadership that occurs when leaders

“broaden and elevate the interest of their employees, when they generate awareness and

acceptance of the purposes and the mission of the group and when they stir their employees to

look beyond their own self-interest for the good of the group” (Bernard Bass 1990). It is a type of

leadership that focuses on changing an individual’s social perspectives and the entire social

system to better versions. It seeks to create value and enhance positivity among the people

following the leader. Transformational leader knows how to encourage, inspire, and motivate

employees to perform in ways that create meaningful change. The result is an engaged

workforce that’s empowered to innovate and help shape an organization’s future success.

P a g e | 30

Bernard Bass’ work on transformational leadership addresses it in FOUR COMPONENTS OF

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP. If such transformational leadership is authentic, it is

characterized by high moral and ethical standards in each of these following dimensions:

Charisma, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, and Individualized consideration.

In SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE by Stephen Covey, he wrote about

ways in which people can be productive. This are as follows:

- Be proactive: “the ability to choose the response

- Begin with the end in mind: know where you want to go

- Put first things first: know your priorities

- Think win-win: putting both parties on favorable situation

- Seek first to understand. Then to be understood: “The best way to understand is to listen”

- Synergies: interact or cooperate with one another

- Sharpen the saw: Learn new things and update yourself

Narrative Essay of the Group Activity about Patriotism

Our group recently participated in an activity focused on the topic of patriotism. We began by

discussing our understanding of the term, and what it meant to each of us individually. We found

that while we had different interpretations, there were common threads of love for one’s country,

respect for its symbols and traditions, and a willingness to contribute to its betterment.

Next, we engaged in a brainstorming session to generate ideas for how we could demonstrate

patriotism in our community. We decided to organize a volunteer event to clean up a local park,

which would not only show our love for our country but also contribute to the well-being of our

community.

On the day of the event, we were pleasantly surprised to see a large turnout from the community.

People of all ages and backgrounds came together to help clean up the park. We worked

tirelessly for several hours, picking up litter, trimming overgrown bushes, and planting new

flowers. It was truly heartwarming to see people from different walks of life come together for a

common goal.

In the end, our group felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. We had not only demonstrated

our love for our country but also made a tangible difference in our community. We left the park

feeling more connected to each other and to our country, and inspired to continue finding ways to

contribute to its betterment

by implementing simple hygiene routines in their daily lives;

 Be able to teach the basics of proper hygiene and to distribute hygiene kits that

children can use;

 The program seeks to provide children a hands-on introduction to the

fundamentals of good hygiene, including washing hands, brushing teeth, taking a

bath, and cleaning and disinfecting; and

 To encourage a culture of cleanliness and hygiene in kids’ homes, schools, and

communities while giving them the tools they need to take charge of their own

health.

P a g e | 33

Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

RATIONALE

We, college students understand the importance of proper hygiene and we recognize

that this knowledge is not yet understood by the children. Children should also

understand the value of proper hygiene because children are often having a weaker

immune system than elders. Hence, it is of uppermost importance that children must be

aware of the danger that might arise out of negligence related to their hygiene practices.

Nurturing good hygiene practices in child care is necessary for their own development.

So we NSTP students are planning to organize a literacy program with the topic about

the Basics of Proper Hygiene to make an awareness to the children about the healthy

practices which can keep them healthy and avoid infectious diseases especially on these

times wherein the Covid virus continues to spread.

SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTH

 Have a strong access to support organization.

 Voluntary dedication of students.

 Can provide what the Children needs to know about the basics of Proper

Hygiene.

P a g e | 34

WEAKNESSES

 Lack of cooperation which sets back on timeline for meeting the goals.

 Struggle with self-belief which often prevents from taking action.

 Poor research skills which will make it really hard to figure out what we need in

order to achieve our goals.

OPPORTUNITIES

 Teach more children to recognize the importance of good hygiene for staying

healthy.

 Give them a few supplies, such as a hygiene kit, so they can start to practice

better personal hygiene.

 Support from organizations from the barangay.

THREAT

 Lack of support from children’s parents

 Ongoing spread of virus

 Quality control issues with hygiene supplies and materials.

Project Title: Kabataan ay Tuturuan Para sa Pang-Malawakang Kaalaman

Community Service: Literacy Program

Objectives:

The purpose of conducting this program is to help street children who’s age ranges at 4-10 years

old to teach them basic learning that they needed to. BSHM1 students is a group compose of

students grouped together with our pure intensions to help our community and those less

fortunate to make them feel that they deserved to have enjoy their youth even in their situation . If

we were only given a chance to help all of the children in need, to provide their own thing called

‘home’ and to support their studies we’re willing to help them but the thing, is we don’t have much

funds and what we can only give is a a small knowledge, enjoyment and food to warm their small

stomach. We’ve noticed that our society needs more hands to have

effective actions and programs not only for those who look presentable but also for those who

really need it. For us to accomplish this project we’d set several objectives which will help us to

successfully finish and achieve our main goal. At the end of this program students are expected

to :

a. Enhance civic awareness by participating community projects;

b. Improve knowledge and attitudes in various self-development in community service;

P a g e | 36
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

c. Identify their strengths and weaknesses; and

d. Engage on an activity that will help not only BSHM1 students but also the beneficiaries

of this project.

Rationale:

The Philippines is ranked the lowest in reading comprehension and second lowest in science and

mathematics among 79 countries, a global survey showed. Among 79 participating countries and

economies, the Philippines scored the lowest in reading comprehension in the 2018 Programme

for International Student Assessment (PISA). The results revealed that the Philippines has an

average reading score of 340, the lowest among the countries surveyed (PHILSTAR GLOBAL).

Many Filipino children, primarily students from less fortunate backgrounds, remain to suffer from

low educational development in the Philippines. Students usually attend to school without eating

any food that leads them to have difficulty to digest and learn what is being taught inside the

classroom. In addition, having less nourishment increases the risk of underdevelopment, as

evidenced by the fact that one out of five Filipino children experiences malnutrition as a result of

poor feeding practices. We, 1st year BSHM students of Saint Louis Anne Colleges, wants helps

children specifically at Maryland Homes, Barangay Landayan, San Pedro Laguna by teaching

values that may be able to guide, inspire, and make them understand the importance and power

of knowledge. We conducted this outreach program not only because it was our national

obligation but also to partake and be productive citizens in our community.

P a g e | 37
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

As a college students undergoing on National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training

Service, one of our responsibilities is to contribute to our community in any possible ways we

can. Our group decided to have a community service which was focusing on giving basic

education to the children who’s unprivileged to attend school because of poverty. To take a small

step we decide to conduct a community service that will be focusing to the street children in our

chosen barangay, our outreach program will be more on teaching the basic literacy and

numeracy skills that was needed for higher education. For us, it’s our pleasure to be given this

opportunity to be part and give back to our community, and to also passed our knowledge and

social skills to our beneficiaries. Lastly this program was made to raise an awareness to the

fundamental right a human, that everyone has the right to have education, as the famous qoute

said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” so we

want to use what have we learned, to help and addressed the unprivileged children that

regardless of our social status we all have the right to gain knowledge that we deserve, to be

successful and to achieve our goals in the future.

SWOT Analysis:

Strength: Our group was consist of 35 talented members and we view that as our strength

because our talents can be used and enhance while doing our literacy program. Since there’s

many of us, our resources can be maximize to help more children than expected to.

Weakness: One of the possible weakness that we may encounter will probably our

communication, since we’re 35 in the group some us cannot be easily to contact because they’re

working students and sometimes they’re having hard time to backread in our group chat to be

P a g e | 38
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

updated with that it can be resulted as a failed communication because the flow of information

was blocked by barriers.

Opportunities: With this program we may be able to build our connection and teamwork as a

group by encouraging every members to part of meetings as well as decision making so that

every suggestions, opinions and ideas was completely tackled and discussed in the group.

Threat: In conducting community service, facing unavoidable threats and uncontrollable

problems can be encountered and for our group the possible thing that may hinder us to perform

this project was the weather conditions. According to the Weather Spark Philippines the hottest

month of the year in San Pedro, Laguna is May, with an average high of 92°F and low of

79°F,with these not only our beneficiaries can be affected but us, as well. To avoid this threat we

decided to conduct our community service on the afternoon and we already found a place which

has a covered court that can be serve as our shield in any possible weather we encounter.

INTRODUCTION

Community service is a part of the curriculum that the Higher Commission on Education has

established to help college students develop larger roles, self-esteem, and an understanding of the needs

of others and the community. The community service engaged with the outreach program development

and one-day seminar support for the children. The volunteer students of St. Louis Anne Colleges of San

Pedro Laguna decided to conduct a community service in 1 day just to make sure that the situation of

children is getting better when it comes to hand washing. We serve new knowledge and some sanitation

activities and give them simple hygiene kits that gives smiles on their face

OBJECTIVES

 To give the “Bahay Kanlungan” children gain new knowledge about

proper hygiene and sanitation.
 To teach every community the value of helping Children get on the top of
the pillars of their dreams.
 To give them hope that we have volunteers to help their situation

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project work plan

A “Seminar for Hygiene and Sanitation Activities” Outreach program for children proposed to gain

some knowledge and sanitation activities the children and giving a simple health kit to the children

allocated for (30) children from Bahay Kanlungan to be conducted on May 23, 2023 at 9:000am. The

duration of the said project is from 9 am to 11 am. As we go by in our mission, we have resources to be

needed like funds, and equipment to use for the seminar. To make this event successful we provided

some activities and fun games to create happiness in the hearts of the children

P a g e | 43
S t. L ouis Anne Colleges of S an P edro, L aguna I nc.
Old National Highway, Brgy. Nueva, City of San Pedro, Laguna

The goal of this project is to give every child a enough knowledge on the hygiene and sanitation, to give

them to feel loved. Our strategy to achieve this goal is we conduct a solicitation to BSHM1 in the amount

of 15.00 pesos every Saturday for us to provide the needs and materials for this program.

Some of my members and my officers donated candies, biscuits, and other prizes that we gave to the

doing activities. We had budgeted for food and materials and we provided a

mini-feeding. We also provided different activities for them to enjoy and we do a simple interview to have a

better event for them. The activities that children experience is playing games like stop dance, bring me, and

singing a song. We also discuss the importance of having a piece of knowledge about hygiene and

sanitation.

We are St. Louis Anne Colleges students looking for participants for the program as well as a location. We

must put in a lot of effort, work as a team with a servant's heart, fulfill the responsibilities of each

individual, and always be accountable if we are to be successful in our outreach program. To make this

project successful and efficient, each team member should be in charge of carrying out the assigned activity.

The results that we anticipated seeing from this program were teaching lessons, making this event valuable

for them, and having them apply it to their daily lives to assist others.

Project Site

We conducted a community service at Parkhomes Tunasan Muntinlupa City “Bahay Kanlunga” We

decided to choose this place and we are going to offer a seminar program because we saw the poor
situation of children and they lack of knowledge about health. We want to serve them.

Rationale

We all know and we’ve heard some issues about children and most of these are negative which they are
involved in to had the disease. That’s why our group decided to choose the children in Bahay Kanlungan as
our participants. We can share our knowledge or learnings, and also guide them. It’s needed to be conducted
because a lot of people need to have a piece of knowledge about hygiene and sanitation especially children.
There are many people who need help but are not given the attention to get it, so a Seminar program is
helpful to a community not just because we give them but also because we help them. We all know that
many Filipinos are suffering from diseases that may cause death.

We also added that it helps the children develop themselves in terms of socialization, and other than that,
we can also practice our attitudes toward them.

Aside from the activities for the seminar on hygiene and sanitation and discussing how you help
others, we conducting some games for further interaction.

practice effective communication to motivate and inspired the children. We will go on to explain the

importance of family, community, and the practice of helping people naturally.

After the program was hoping that the children have learned from the activities and sharing that we

made. We ensure that the activities we made are effective and efficient for kids. At the end of our

program, we expected the children to experience such as:

 Know their rights and responsibilities as a child

 Enhance their skills, and talent and boost it.

GROUP 2

We, the Group 2 of BSHM1, conducted an Outreach Program that was focusing on children ages 4-

10 years old about Teaching Basic Learning. The project aims to help our community and those less

fortunate to make them feel that they deserved to enjoy their youth regardless of their social status.

Our group decided to pay attention to those street children to teach them the basic knowledge such

as reading, writing, drawing and showcasing their talents because we do believe that they're the

treasures of our new generation and we want to be part of their future success, that's why we

conducted this outreach program.

We all know that our society needs to have more helping hands to be able to effectively implement
projects and programs for those who really need it. For us to accomplish this project we made a solid
plan and several objectives that helped us to performed our outreach program successfully.

Supposedly our original target population was 20 children but then the number of our attendees
exceeded our expectations because our beneficiaries raised from 20 it became 35 children. The said
program was leaded by the members of Group 2 BSHM1 who invested themselves to help street
children at Maryland Homes, Barangay Landayan, San Pedro Laguna on June 4, 2023.

team. Seeing the smiles and gratitude of those children who participated in our program payed all of
our efforts and hardships, our members also learned lessons from our beneficiaries while we're
conducting our program. Lastly our outreach program was successfully performed and those
memories, lessons and experiences will be cherished and imprinted in our mind.

When group 3 decided to focus the most outreach/seminar on "teenage early pregnancy" since many

of the youth in the Philippines are not taught or guided properly by their parents, we have 11 in the

place where we will do outreach (Lodora Muntinlupa City) and spoke to Ms. Mendoza and get his

consent so that we can do outreach properly, we also borrowed chairs and tents in case it rained, on

May 18 we got the fund from the secretary for a total of 3,000, after getting the fund we thought

about what we could feed the guests that will come into the budget, since the guests are teenagers,

we can't take it lightly, so when we decided to feed only Menudo and Kanin to make the stomach

heavy, on May 29 we shopped for things that needed to be used for the outreach itself, we bought 5

kilos of rice, container to put the food itself, spoon and pork, we also bought bottled water so that

there is no more hassle, we also bought chichirya for prices for the activity we will do for the guests.

June 1, 4:00am we bought Pork, Lumpiang Shanghai, Tomato Sauce, Bell Pepper, Carrots,

Potatoes, Tomato Paste, Hot Dog, Oil, and other spices such as Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Salt and

Knorr Cubes to be used in the same cooking, in total of 2,956, while we were at the market, those

who were left at home also started cooking since there was a lot to cook, after we got home from the

market, we rested for a while and also started cutting the vegetables and spices we needed , at

exactly 9:30 we started to cook menudo and the others were already transferring the rice into the

food container, at exactly 11:30 we started to pack the food to be fed to the guests, after we pack we

have already arranged to go to perform outreach, exactly 12:30 we arrived at the place and we

started to fix the tents, stack food on the table and arrange the chairs, when the guests were

completed exactly 1:00pm Mr. . Olleres for Prayer; after the prayer, Ms. Cabangon to introduce the

and after that game Ms. Rogas delivered her closing speech, including thanking Ms. Mendoza, which

is the reason why the outreach ended well, and to the guests who did not hesitate to listen and join in

GROUP 4

No matter the main purpose of our effort to give back to those in need, we only arrive at one key

goal: to build more ways and paths for the betterment of our society. The group four of NSTP

Samggang Alab students initiated to have an Outreach Program with Seminar that was held in

Bahay Kanlungan, located at Muntinlupa City. During the day of May 20 few students went to have

permission and get our letter signed, which contained the date and time of our outreach program. On

May 21 at 10am, we received confirmation from the owner of the Bahay Kanlungan that we can

conduct a program at 9am on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. On May 21 early in the evening we had an

online meeting to discuss the flow of our program, the foods, hygiene kits, materials, the main topic

of seminar and the members assign in each tasks. The next day, May 22, some members of our

group went out early to buy the necessary things and the tarpaulin made for the Sanggang Alab

batch to use in the outreach program of the entire BSHM. After we finished buying the goods, some

of them help to pack the items and create 30 hygiene kits for give away.

In the morning at about 9:30 o'clock, on May 23, 2023 the program started with a short prayer by

Janelle Ilado which was followed by Kyla Llanzana hosting the whole program. While the other

members organize the foods, gifts, hygiene kits and assist the children. Before the seminar started

other members prepare many parlor games including stop dance, bring me, tiktok dance battle and

prizes for the children. At 10:30 am the members distribute the foods including spaghetti, juice,

bottled water, and egg sandiwch. The seminar officially started and hosted by Kyla Llanzana and

Ojarra Ontog. They discussed about the Proper Hygiene and Sanitation and how to avoid diseeases

and maintain a clean body. The members distributed the hygiene kits to the kids which contains

alcohol, facemask, toothbrush, toothpqste, shampoo, amd more. Mizreim Mataverde demonstrate in

front of the children a proper way of washing their hands and the host started to ask the children

what they learn. Before the program end other members perform tiktok dance joined by the kids and

got a short message from the Bahay Kanlungan committee. Children give their brightest, and

energetic smile while picture taking. Before the program ends children says how thankful and they

are to the gifts and foods we gave them. The program went well and ends at exactly 12:00 noon. It

has been a great success and has effectively served its purpose

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project work plan

Our strategy to achieve this goal is we conduct a solicitation to BSHM1 in the amount of 15.00
pesos each for us to provide the needs and materials for this program.

Some of my members and my officers donated candies, biscuits, and other prizes that we gave to
the doing activities. We had budgeted for food and materials and we provided a mini-feeding
program. We also provided different activities for them to enjoy and we do a simple interview to have
a better event for them. The activities that children experience is playing games like stop dance,
bring me, and singing a song. We also discuss the importance of caring and giving to others.

We are St. Louis Anne Colleges students looking for participants for the program as well as a
location. We must put in a lot of effort, work as a team with a servant's heart, fulfill the
responsibilities of each individual, and always be accountable if we are to be successful in our
outreach program. To make this project successful and efficient, each team member should be in
charge of carrying out the assigned activity. The results that we anticipated seeing from this

program were teaching lessons, making this event valuable for them, and having them apply it to
their daily lives to assist others.

Project Site

We conducted a community service at Victoria located in Dela Paz Binan Laguna. We

decided to choose this place and we are going to offer a feeding program because we saw the poor
situation of children. We want to serve them.

The reason why we choose it:

We all know and we’ve heard some issues about children and most of these are negative
which they involved in to had malnutrition. That’s why our group decided to choose the children in
Victoria Dela Paz Binan Laguna as our participants. We can share our knowledge or learnings, and
also guide them. It’s needed to be conducted because a lot of people need to be feed, especially
children. There are many people who need help but are not given the attention to get it, so a feeding
program is helpful to a community not just because we feed them but also because we help them.
We all know that many Filipinos are suffering from hunger that may cause death.

We also added that it helps the children develop themselves in terms of socialization, and other
than that, we can also practice our attitudes toward them. We also help the malnourished children in
conducting a feeding program, and it offers unique exercises and materials that can help students
learn better nutritional practices

Aside from the activities for self-enhancement and discussing how you help other, we conducting
some games for further interaction.

Project outcomes /result

Community service is implemented many children participated in our activities. We the volunteers
practice effective communication to motivate and inspired the children. We will go on to explain the
importance of family, community, and the practice of helping people naturally.

After the program was hoping that the children have learned from the activities and sharing that we
made. We ensure that the activities we made are effective and efficient for kids. At the end of our
program, we expected the children to experience such as:

▪ Know their rights and responsibilities as a child ▪ Enhance their skills, and talent and
boost it.
▪ Enjoy the whole program
▪ Appreciated what we gave

CHAPTER 4

LEARNINGS

I learned a lot in my NSTP-CWTS subject, to socialize with my classmates and other people around me. And I
experience to share my talent with my classmate, being a leader of one of the group activities and I’m thankful
that singing went to us. Another learning is being respectful to others; different people have different attitudes,
and we must know that the words we use are not offendable to the person we are talking to. Being ready as an
NSTP student, sometimes there’s a conflict and we need to be ready for the change of plans. Through the
seminars and the outreach, I have so many learnings that I get, in NSTP we need the support of everyone, if one
member only acts, we can’t do all the obligations or tasks that we have. My confidence in talking to others
builds up in this subject.

KEN SAIMON R. GUSTE

The NSTP is our role not only to be our subject in college but it gives us a reason to be productive citizens of the
Philippines and be useful as Filipino citizens, What I learned in the NSTP is to first be a respected person because
we were told that we are not will help each other and the community If we do not follow the simplicity of behavior,
because If we have this behavior wherever we go other people will respect us and treat us well and my Experiences
in NSTP that I have learned should be ready to help without any recompense or insistence. I don't ask for anything
in return and the last thing I learned is that through NSTP I am becoming a strong and compassionate person
because of what I see in my fellow Filipinos who are suffering because of the lack of necessities in life.

REYNALDO G. MANZANAS

It is a great experience and adventure to me what we have done to the outreach program, we were able
to make many children happy by expressing what we learned about hygiene. Nstp make us realize that it
is not about fulfilling our academics but it serving while we are still students. nstp taught us that while we were
young, we already knew when it came to helping those with special needs. NSTP give me a lot of
unforgettable experiences and learning. It makes me aware of everything. It is also teaches you on how to
build a friendship. This subject teaches us a lot of lessons in life.

What I have learned and experienced in our outreach program is not easy to do because we need to have the permission of our school
administration and the administration where we will conduct this type of outreach program activity to teach children how to keep clean
always clean their body and keep them away from the disease that they can get if they are not clean in their body. especially now that
COVID-19 is still active in our country. I had a happy experience in our outreach because of the children who happily attended and
cooperated with us to develop the program we conducted. I learned is the importance of working together as a member and socializing
with other people, especially the young people who we gave some basic knowledge about hygiene.

CARLA T. PAGUNSAN

what I learned in the subject of nstp in the 2nd sem is the topics and discussions that sir shared with us and first of all
the word respect that we should bring not only inside the school but also outside and how to bring it to ourselves and
use it and respect is not only to other people but to those who are older and higher than us and I also learned
throughout nstp this 2nd sem is being a good student and filipino that we should carry until we grow old and being a
good citizen to other people and good manners not only to our professor but also to our other professors I learned a
lot in nstp that I should bring to myself and other people to socialize in the community and help others with a whole
heart that should be imprinted in the mind and heart and important things I learned especially in nstp is the team work
among each other and the leadership that should give ideas not only to the leader but also to the members and good
unity, good harmony with each other.

DANIELA B. MALLILLIN

Because of the work that we have done for the outreach program, we have been able to bring joy to a large number
of youngsters. This happiness was brought about by our ability to share what we have learned about maintaining
personal cleanliness. The Nstp helped us understand that it is not about completing our academic requirements;
rather, it is about helping others while we are still students. When it came to assisting people who had special
needs, NSTP showed us that even while we were still young, we already understood what to do. The National
Service Travel Program has provided me with a wealth of invaluable experience and education. It opens my eyes to
everything and makes me more alert. You will also learn how to cultivate friendships through this. This topic
provides us with a wealth of valuable life lessons to take away.

CRISFEL I. DIMARANAN

What I learned in nstp cwts is to be a productive student and as a citizen to develop my social well-being more and
broaden my mind on what exactly the meaning of nstp is, and nstp helps me to be better prepared for everything
that happens to us. It also helps us because it gives us good work like our community service, where we help other
people, and we get a lot of help because of this. That's why NSTP is very valuable to us because it is one of the
tools that we can use in our lives.

MIZREIM S. MATAVERDE

What I have learned in NSTP-CWTS? NSTP is not just a subject that we take. It is to educate and teach every
college student to help us to develop and improving our skills to communicate, to a teamwork, problem solving and
critical thinking. NSTP help me to improve my communication and relationship with other, but first NSTP taught to
know myself more due to the fact that examining myself requires constant self-awareness and self-consciousness.
This turn to how I interact with others and can lead to a deeper more fruitful relationship. What I’ve learned in NSTP

is the importance of being a volunteer and how it positively affects our lives in general. I came to the realization that helping someone
also helps me because doing charitable work pushes us outside of our comfort zones. It is rewarding to try new things and pick up new
skills from others. Volunteering focuses on more than just the things we have in common; its main goal is to teach us gratitude,
contentment, and appreciation for what we already have. As a result, when we volunteer for any charitable endeavors, it causes us to
open up to others so that we can benefit from their experiences.

CHESCA R. LEGASPINO

In NSTP-CWTS (National Service Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Service), I have gained valuable
knowledge and experiences that have enhanced my understanding of civic engagement and social responsibility.
Throughout the course, I have learned about the importance of community service, sustainable development, and
the various social issues affecting our society. I have developed skills in community organizing, problem-solving,
and effective communication through engaging in hands-on activities such as outreach programs, environmental
initiatives, and disaster response training. NSTP-CWTS has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy, empathy, and
a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others and the betterment of our community.

ALICIA DANE S. SOBRESIDA

I have learned that NSTP is a program in the Philippines that aims to develop the civic and defense skills of Filipino
youth. The program has three components, the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC), Literacy Training Service
(LTS), and Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS). Each component focuses on different aspects of community
service and national defense. ROTC provides military training to students, including physical fitness, basic military
tactics, and discipline. LTS trains students to teach literacy and numeracy skills to marginalized communities. And
CWTS engages students in community service activities such as disaster response, environmental protection, and health
promotion. Overall, NSTP aims to prepare students for their roles as responsible citizens and community leaders while
promoting national defense preparedness.

MARIZ R. SEVILLA

Nstp taught me how to become a responsible citizen and to be an equipped person who can be able to help others
in times of needs and such circumstances. I've learned the importance of being a volunteer and how it positively
affects our lives in general. I realized that helping someone means helping also myself as when we do a charity
works, we experience something beyond our comfort zone, and it is fulfilling to explore new things as well as
learn new things from others. Volunteering does not only focus on the things we share but most importantly its
very purpose is for us to appreciate what we have, be grateful in our life, and for us to be contented on what we
possess. As such, when we become a volunteer to any charity works this will lead us to open ourselves to others in
which we can learn from their experiences.

STEPHANY D. SANJE

I gain a lot of knowledge through the NSTP-CWTS, including how to be a responsible student and a contributing
member of society. That must act accordingly and bear responsibility for his actions. As an NSTP-CWTS student,
it gave me more self-assurance to know that I shouldn't depend on other people and that I should have faith in
myself. I was instructed to present myself differently. I now enjoy this since I meet lots of new people and can talk
for hours. I pushed myself to be productive during the outreach program, and I demonstrated the New Me to them
and the kids. We put a smile and joy on their faces, and as a result, I am also a joyful among those.

As a student, my experience in the NSTP-CWTS outreach program has taught me valuable lessons that I will carry
with me throughout my life. First and foremost, I learned the importance of empathy and compassion. Before
joining the program, I was unaware of the struggles that some members of our society were facing. However,
through our outreach activities, I was able to see firsthand the challenges that individuals and communities were
facing. This experience taught me to be more understanding and compassionate towards others. Another important
lesson I learned was the value of teamwork and collaboration. In the outreach program, we worked in teams to plan
and implement various activities. This experience taught me how to work with others, how to communicate
effectively, and how to respect each other's ideas and opinions. It also allowed me to develop my leadership skills as I learned how to
motivate and inspire my teammates. The outreach program also taught me the value of hard work and determination. Our activities
required a lot of effort and dedication, and we had to work through various challenges to achieve our goals. This experience taught me
the importance of perseverance and how to overcome obstacles. It also allowed me to appreciate the value of hard work and how it can
make a positive impact on the lives of others.

PRINCES JODY F. LACDAN

I learned in my NSTP subject that I develop my social and intellectual being toward other people. I also learn the
different ways of life that we encounter every day. I also develop my consciousness in my community and am able
to share my knowledge with other people. I also realize that I can be a leader in my community. It is very
satisfying to help more people around you. "The more you give, the more you receive." I've realized that my life
right now is still blessed because other children that are homeless on the outside don’t have homes and don’t have
families this NSTP subject make sense each of us it’s made up to be more a productive to our community and
enlighten to the things we never though we should care continuing to unite and communicate around help each
other to achive the best way to help other people i’m also engaging my skills thru this subject i was able to show
who i am this knowledge helps me to build and also share to other person.

CHASLEE MAE LAURENTE

NSTP has taught me a great deal. It taught me to be more self-disciplined and responsible as a student. Listening is
also a great approach to learn a lot of things and concentrate on the speaker's words. They encouraged us and
taught us that all huge bad things stem from small big things. The study's findings imply that NSTP courses are
beneficial, and that they have a significant impact on students' self-improvement, performance, community
involvement, and exhibition of abilities and skills. The National Service Training Program (NSTP) is a youth-
focused program that aims to improve civic awareness and defense preparation by instilling service and patriotism
virtues while undertaking training in one of three areas. The major goal of the NSTP law is to foster youth
participation in nation-building. As a result, it tries to inspire young people to become civic and/or military leaders
and volunteers who may be called upon by the government if their services are required in NSTP.

KYLA V. NAVARRO

Being a college student means that the National Service Training Program is crucial. Being aware of our
surroundings is beneficial. It strengthens our ethics and values and advances our overall development. In just five
months, we've accomplished a lot. We also learned more over those months about natural catastrophes and
tragedies like earthquakes, typhoons, and flooding. Through exercising leadership and waste management, we
acquired the ability to reach out to others. We improved our essential principles and developed our character,
which not only benefited our fellow humans but also ourselves. We became better people as a result of the National
Service Training Program.

What I learned in NSTP-CWTS are helping, sharing and caring. During the time of NSTP-CWTS there are so
many small wins I experienced, for me it was a big achievement. I met so many kind people who helped me
enjoy my time in NSTP, their presence made me forget that I was an irregular student. I learned how to be an
effective speaker and realize that I am good at public speaking at first I was hesitant but unfortunately there are
people who support and cheer for me. Sir Levie is an effective professor to us, he never pressures us. It feels
like we are learning while enjoying. Through our journey in achieving a successful outreach is hard but it was
indeed a great experience. We learn to work before we complain. We learn to enjoy each other's companies.
We learn to respect. We learn to be responsible with every task that is assigned to us, doing it without hesitation
is a small win. This learning and experience is surely memorable to us.

KYLA L. LLANZANA

What I learned in the NSTP this second semester is to first be a respected person because we were told that we

that the NSTP is our role not only to be our subject in college but it gives us a reason to be productive citizens
of the Philippines and be useful as Filipino citizens. I don't expect anything in exchange, and the most recent
lesson I learnt was through NSTP is the outreach program with kids can be a part of the community service that
NSTP-CWTS students can engage in. Students can contribute to the community by actively participating in
community programs aimed at providing good service and essential benefits to community members.the
outreach program with kids can provide a true meaning of happiness, closeness, and how blessed we are, Another reflection suggests
that education should be available for everyone as it is a privilege that every person has, and the best outreach program that one can give
to a community is a good education.

FATIMA GAYLE NARVAEZ

what I learned from our out reach is to learn to respect whether young or old and let's learn to help children
who need help with someone to guide them and my heart softened when I saw the children who help each other
and love, let's learn respect, love, give, and be helpful whether young or old. Students can learn how to
communicate with different types of people through NSTP-CWTS. Participating in charity works can help
individuals realize the importance of helping others and the positive impact it can have on their own lives.
Students can learn about health, education, disaster management, and other important topics through NSTP-
CWTS programs Community outreach programs can provide valuable experiences and knowledge that cannot
be gained from textbooks alone. Through community service programs and activities, students can contribute to
the general welfare and betterment of life of the members of the community. Outreach programs can help individuals gain knowledge
about the community and its needs.

JHAMIEL BERNARDO

I've learned the knowledge and skills necessary to develop into a disciplined and productive citizen or person.
Participating in the community enables me to become a more engaged citizen. The experience helped me learn
through valuable and practical work and experiences, and it also helped me improve some of my talents and skills. It
also inspired me to become a strong leader and helped me grow my problem-solving abilities. And I've learned and
experienced that running an outreach program to teach kids how to always keep their bodies clean and keep them
safe from diseases they could contract if they are not clean is difficult because we need the permission of our school

practical work and experiences, and it also helped me improve some of my talents and skills. It also inspired me to become a strong

The knowledge I gained from NSTP this second semester was not just complying and having respect with others
but also to connect and communicate with the members of the community. Developing a proper behavior towards
others and cooperate for the job well done. This NSTP cwts activities deepen my sense in community awareness,
in different concerns, needs and issues that affects the people in the community. Additionally, those seminars,
outreach programs and lessons that we tackled helped me develop my awareness and behavior. It engages me to
involve in giving learning, social planning, health supports, nationalism, as well as being aware of other projects
for the welfare. After we're done organizing the outreach programs I realize and believe that a greater cause and fulfilling a greater
purpose are strong morals. Putting into action, we learn to consider helping others in our own ways. Being socially aware, an
overwhelming number of groups to provide support through an outreach program. I also realize that maybe the main purpose of this is
to help us achieve a goal for a greater outcome. From choosing a specific group, analyzing their needs on certain issues, and therefore
building a program to aid them in learning, recovering, or becoming self-sufficient. No matter the main purpose of our effort to give
back to those in need, we only arrive at one key goal: to build more ways and paths for the betterment of our society. All of this
learning, practices and knowledge help me to become a better citizen of our society/community.

HONEY MAE H. ESPINOSA

As a student, participating in the National Service Training Program has provided me with valuable learning
experience. One of the key takeaways from my NSTP experience is the development of a strong sense of civic
responsibility. Through community engagement and service projects we've been, i have learned the importance of
actively contributing to the betterment of my community. NSTP has instilled in me a deep understanding of the
social issues and challenges faced by our society, motivating me to become an agent of positive change.
Additionally, NSTP has helped me enhance my leadership skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving
capabilities. Working collaborativelly with my peers in various activities has taught me the value of cooperation
and effective communication in achieving common goals. Overall, NSTP has not only provided me with practical
knowledge and skills but also instilled in me a sense of duty and commitment to serve my nation and society
selflessly.

MICHAELLA BONGOSIA

In NSTP I discovered that there is always room to help those in need, especially those who are in need of assistance.
Our outreach program includes providing education, social planning, health support, and other programs for their
welfare. As usual, a program needs to be set up to make use of resources and help achieve a goal. Project leaders are
essential to the success of community involvement programs. We chose the Bahay Kanlungan Parkhomes Tunasan
Muntinlupa because we felt that they deserved a kind gesture. I realize that it won't be much of a help to them, but it
can still make them glad to know that there are many people out there who are eager to help. This type of training
can help us discover our natural goodness.

YANNA G. BAUTISTA

As I have seen within the program that we did, there are so many children who endure a need for the ability to fulfill
their wants and needs. That's why this program truly makes a difference and supports them. This outreach program

NSTP taught me how to become a responsible citizen and to be an equipped person who can be able to

importance of being a volunteer and how it positively affects our lives in general. I realized that helping
someone means helping also myself as when we do a charity works, we experience something beyond
our comfort zone, and it is fulfilling to explore new things as well as learn new things from others.

we become a volunteer to any charity works this will lead us to open ourselves to others in which we
can learn from their experiences. The topics we discussed inspires me to become a volunteer as I saw
the fulfillment and true happiness to those people who gave charity to others, with this it is such a
great realization that it is important that we saw and experience different perspectives of lives of other people be it any gender, age, or
even what status they have.

assessments, planning and implementing projects, and evaluating their effectiveness. Through our outreach
programs, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the betterment of our community through initiatives and
projects such as participating in clean-up drives, and sharing knowledge about prioritizing health to children.

I have learned that NSTP had a big role for us young people or students. It helps us to develop our ability to help

that we are prepared to developed life skills such as problem solving, teamwork, confindence, social skills and

because I've learned that being respectful for everyone is one of the key to have a good relationship with others.
I knew it was a challenging and full of tasks subject. Taskful as it has a lot of activities to do. And challenging
as it takes risks. And I had a feeling that it would be fun, excited and nervous. Because to be honest I am not

From the subject NSTP (National Service Training Program), I have learned valuable lessons about civic
responsibility, social awareness, and the importance of active participation in community development. Through
various activities such as community service, environmental conservation initiatives, and disaster preparedness
training, I have gained a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges faced by different communities. NSTP
has instilled in me a sense of duty towards my country and fellow citizens, fostering skills such as leadership,
teamwork, and empathy. It has provided me with the opportunity to contribute positively to society and make a

My main takeaway during this NSTP subject is that, this is really important. Community service is a needed

The NSTP outreach program taught me how I should handle and teach the children that we should guide through
this whole program. They are really humble and they really know how to listen and cooperate with us . And of
course thanks to our responsible officers who organize and manage this outreach program. It was great to have
them to play and have fun with us. It was such a great experience for me to guide them through this program
because I can see their happiness after they get their prices and foods. It was kind of a blessing to help them to
learn more things not just about this program but to give them experiences fpr the near future. Once I had the
desire to start my own charitable foundation for the elderly a solid, impermeable faith and assurance. I get to
learn new things and have fresh experiences every day. I should take use of the opportunity, learn from it, and
utilize it to alter the world in any small way I can. This NSTP had allowed me to take a step outside of my
comfort zone and see new things. NSTP class is now a part of my memories. Those recollections support my efforts to learn from it.
The only way to truly live is to live on purpose; everything else just exists. I am aware of what God wants me to accomplish and how it
will benefit me. It will demonstrate to me that what I genuinely believe is what matters, not what the outside world thinks, And once
again thank you.

BAILON, SOPHIA

I have learned a lot about nstp ,and based to what I experienced it is a good to see a children smiling while we are
giving them foods ,as a students I learned that nstp provides opportunities for personal growth and development, it
can help individuals specially to the children that we’ve met to develop their leadership ,skills ,teamwork and
communication due to the games that we provide for the outreach.

SANCHEZ, JOHN ROBERT F.

In the National Service Training Program (NSTP), students gain valuable knowledge and skills that extend beyond
traditional academic subjects. From NSTP, I have learned the significance of community engagement, service to
others, and the importance of social responsibility. Through various activities such as community immersion,
disaster preparedness training, and civic engagement projects, NSTP has taught me the value of empathy,
teamwork, and active citizenship. It has broadened my understanding of societal issues, deepened my appreciation
for diversity, and instilled a strong sense of commitment to making a positive difference in my community and
society as a whole.

In this outreach program, I am happy to be part of this program. This is memorable as it brought out the things that we don’t know it
exist within ourselves and the fact that we share our knowledge to the children. Also this outreach program builds our friendship and
memories together.

OSIANA, MARIA FE P.

My Learning experience about Nstp, What I’ve learned about the subject Nstp is about helping others whether it’s
small things or big, and the other lessons, my experience in other activities is enjoyable especially if it doesn’t go
against your heart what you’ve doing, and also I like the outreach we did today, I realized that it’s so much fun to
help other people, especially the children, it’s tiring, but it’s super worth it, especially if you see the fun in the
children and when they enjoy it, NSTP subject is hard but happy to have experience mybe there are many activities
but all of them are really enjoyable.

This subject was so interesting and I’ve learn a lot from all the topics, discussions specially on our practical
performances. From the first topic until the end I was able to apply all those learnings in my daily life specially
when it comes to community involvement, being a good student not just a student and also to others, act as a
responsible, being respectful, leaderships and many more.

DEL ROSARIO, RONNEL G.

My learning experience in nstp outreach the learning ive learn in is to help in things and cooperate with the
members. And the second my experience is fun and enjoyable because we saw the children happy doing the
activities and games that they participated in. It was also a great feeling that we saw the children happy even in
such things and also happy because it ended We did the outreach that we prepared properly.

MAQUINIANA, PEARL FRANCINE M

National Service Training Program 2 makes me understand the true meaning of the qoute, “It’s better to give, than
to recieve”, for me sharing is like giving all the things that I have with all of my heart without asking for return.
Seeing how we slowly built our teamwork is something that I think we should cherish, my co-members and I, we
all give our very best specially in our outreach program. That day was really exhausting to be honest, but then at
the end of the day, I realized that NSTP taught me that all of our efforts and hard work can be payed off with
gratitude and a beautiful smile from the people we help.

ANIDO, PATRICIA IVY ILICE C.

This activity is a very fulfilling experience by simply being with small children and by teaching them and
making them happy. It is an extraordinary experience that in our simple ways, we were able to help them and put
a smile in their faces. Even though it is only for a day, the laughter and joy of the children is worth-doing that I
will cherish. I learned that doing good deeds for other people is great because we can bring Happiness to others.

NSTP (National Service Training Program) is a subject that provides students in the Philippines with an opportunity
to develop their civic consciousness, social responsibility, and leadership skills through various community-based
activities. Throughout the course, students learn the importance of serving their country and actively participating in
nation-building initiatives. They gain a deeper understanding of social issues and challenges faced by marginalized
communities, fostering empathy and a sense of solidarity. Moreover, NSTP equips students with practical skills such
as disaster preparedness, environmental conservation, and first aid, enabling them to contribute effectively to their
communities in times of need. Overall, NSTP nurtures a sense of duty, compassion, and active citizenship,
empowering individuals to become agents of positive change in their society. In NSTP, I learn that in an outreach
program, you can pay off all of the hard work by the smiles that you can see to those little kids.

CATAP, MARY ROSE E.

I learned Community Awareness and Understanding:

Participating in the NSTP Outreach Program allows students to immerse themselves in communities and gain a
deeper understanding of their needs, challenges, and aspirations. They develop an awareness of the socio-
economic issues faced by marginalized groups and communities, such as poverty, education gaps, healthcare
disparities, and environmental concerns. This firsthand experience fosters empathy and a sense of responsibility
towards uplifting these communities.

GARCIA, MEED JUSTINE

Through numerous community-based activities, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) gives students in
the Philippines the chance to enhance their civic consciousness, social responsibility, and leadership skills.
Students get an understanding of the value of giving back to their country and taking part in activities that promote
national development throughout the course. They develop empathy and a sense of solidarity through developing a
deeper awareness of the societal problems and difficulties encountered by underprivileged communities.
Additionally, the NSTP gives students the practical knowledge they need to help others in times of need by
teaching them first aid, environmental conservation, and disaster preparedness. Overall, the NSTP cultivates a
feeling of responsibility, compassion, and active citizenship, enabling people to become agents of change for the
better in their communities.

SOLOMON, HERO

Learning from the NSTP experience applies beyond the classroom since it provides a special chance to learn via
civic engagement and community service. It promotes in people a sense of social responsibility, encourages
critical thinking, and enhances the qualities of leadership. Overall, it teaches the understanding that engaging in
community service is essential for creating a better world for all people, not only as an option.

BAGASOL, DESIREE JOY D.

What I learned at nstp is to be a good example especially to young people so that when they grow up they also
know the right work and so that they can also help their fellow man. In the way of conducting clean up drive,
outreach program we helped the children and we made them happy. All the things we did in nstp are all imprinted
in my mind and I can apply it to myself and I also help other people even if there is no project in our nstp subject. I
hope that the children we helped will be well and be a good example for the next generation of young people and
that they can also apply it to themselves to improve the growth of the next generation of young people.

GASPAY, PABS EMIL

I learn a lot and have several life-changing experiences thanks to the NSTP-CWTS course. It brings everything to
my attention. Being informed allows you to avoid unpleasant situations. Many life lessons are taught to me through
this subject.

PAPA, JUSTIN

The program encourages children to explore creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills through engaging
activities and art. It supports future leaders’ growth and provides a unique learning experience.

VILORIA, ROVIC

I learned from Nstp is how to act responsibly as a citizen and how to be prepared to assist others in difficult
situations. I’ve gained knowledge about the value of volunteering and how it enhances all of our lives. Now know
how important volunteering is and how it improves everyone’s lives. I realized that while doing good forces us to
step outside of our comfort zones, helping someone else helps me. Trying new things and learning new talents
from others is enjoyable. Volunteering focuses on more than simply our connections; it teaches us to be grateful,
satisfied, and appreciative of the things we already have. In order to gain from others’ experiences, contributing
for any helping others cause makes us happier to listen to others.

Me as a NSTP Students I experience a lot of things like how to socialize and to communicate others. it's so nice
because everyone smiling at me that's why I'm so lucky and happy to have a subject like this, Because of NSTP I
have a lot of friends and I love NSTP because I love to served to my community. Yes!! NSTP it's so expensive
thing but because of this there's a alot of knowledge we develop because of the out reach program.

ARIZOBAL, REX P.

As part of this subject it makes me realize about everything, Like help is more fun to do. And it teaches us to be
aware and helps me to be a better person or student, and the Nstp subject teach you to become a leader And the
outreach that i experienced Is very fun because giving knowlegde to many children is part of your human being
and it helps you to become a leader and I am happy about it.

ATOK III, ARNULFO P

Outreach is the activity of providing services to any population that might not otherwise have access to those
services. I'm so happy to meet the cuties child in Dela Paz .More of the children are active to participate, what is
the question we give it.l experience to teaching the children, what is hygiene kits . I'm happy, because children
are listen what is saying infront and reasing the hand to question what is that.

BONAJOS, ROSALIE C.

As an NSTP student, nstp has taught me the value of serving others and positively impacting the people around me. I learned the
importance of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. The training I received helped me become physically, mentally, and emotionally fit
and taught me how to be a good member and also a good person. My experience in nstp also includes participating in various activities
like seminars and workshops where I learned about different social issues and how to address them. This has helped me to become more
aware of the problems that our society is facing and how to take action to address them.

CHING, SOPHIA EMMELYNNE

It was an amazing experience for me to work at NSTP. I can't deny that we were uncertain about how to teach because children were
our target audience, but it was a privilege for us to be able to instruct them on how to correctly use the hygiene kit. Through this
experience, we understood what it means to work well with others, whether they are our elders or our younger. It was enjoyable since
we created lifelong memories and enjoyed watching the children's faces after we taught them.

DIMANARIG REA JEAN A.

the spirit of compassion and to share what we have to and abolish the selfishness hidden deep within us. As part of the NSTP Class'
annual activity, we conducted a Outreach Program at Victoria Delapaz. Simple program was organized by responsible students of
BSHM group 1. We brought prizes and candies and we organized games for the youngsters to enjoy. We also prepared snacks for them.
Aside from that, we gave them hygiene kits. We worked as one for the success of the activity. The program started with a prayer, asking
for God's presence in the said event.

DIMAPILIS, NICA MAE D.

What I learned from the NTSP outreach program we did was how to communicate with children, and I also
experienced having fun because we helped the children and they learned something from us. and I also learned
how to accept and respect yourself and love and respect others.

DUENA REYMAR M

First of all, doing nstp outreach is very expensive and it is hard of doing the outreach a lot of struggle, stressed
because you go to the place that I didn't know so far away i from langgam but because of this program i will do
my very best to do that but all suffering was rewarded by the smile of the kids, the kids enjoy a lot i see it through
my eyes it's all worth it of doing the outreach about nstp subject i learned a lot from nstp it's all goods to be part on
this subject teach us to be good people and serve people, it's very very tired but it's all worth it and I'm so
speechless that i can do this thanks to nstp.

DAVE A DUMANGCAS

My experience in the outreach program is to be a teacher for children who don't know much about the correct
use of things, for example the correct hand washing and correct toothbrushing, I was happy because I saw in
them that they really want to learn , which is my experience of how patience is longer for naughty children
that's what being a teacher really is and he knows what I will do with my child when he grows up, we are
united and our program was successful that they learned a lot together with their parents support her

ENCIZO, REXY

My experience and learnings in the outreach program in the NSTP subject made me realize that it's nice to
help or do something that you know will help others and the community you belong to. It's a different feeling
knowing that you contributed something good to the kids we entertained and taught. It was a very good
experience, even though a lot of effort and time was spent to properly do the outreach program, but it was all
worth it because we know that we have done something for the kids and also the community.

ESPINOLA, JHON AXXYL

Before we started the program at NSTP, no one in my group knew how to start the program or how to run it
properly. We also had no idea if the program we prepared for the kids we teach would be successful or happy,
but there was only one thing that stuck in my mind: if you want to finish the program properly, you must
cooperate with your group first. It is not easy to get the attention of the children in front of us, but while you are
happy with what you are doing, you don't realize that you are approaching, and you see that they are already

listening. Children are very happy and relieved to see the smiles of the children we taught and to hear the words "thankyou po ate" and
"salamat po kuya ." It is so heartwarming to hear that from them.

FERNANDEZ, PRINCESS A.

As a leader of a group NSTP has taught me a lot based on my experience. As a leader you need to listen, you
can’t finish something big alone you need opinions from others. At first I asked myself if I can do this, and yes
I did it, we did it as group. Seeing others smile and enjoy makes our heart warm knowing that what we did will
teach them something that they can apply everyday. Teamwork is very important, having the right people that
helps you is important. And I am so thankful to get to experience this with kind of team that is cooperative.

FERRER, PATRICIA EUNICE A.

NSTP made a big influence to me especially when we were on our Outreach Program. I saw how having a
Teamwork really helps in order to succeed. We get to teach children things that will help them while they enjoy
being taught too. We Had fun as well as the kids. They learn something from us and we learned something from
them.

GEVA, GIAN CARL G.

As a member of the NSTP outreach program, our role is to teach children how to properly wash their hands. Because of this experience,
I learned a lot such as being patient with children. Because we know that some of the children are naughty and some even cry. I also
gained a deeper appreciation for the value of community service and its positive influence on individuals and society as a whole.
Overall, this NSTP outreach provided me with valuable life skills and a once-in-a-lifetime fun experience.

IGNACIO, JULIO ANTON B.

A few years back, I was pondering and asking myself if and when I would get the opportunity to assist those in
need, as well as where, how, and most importantly, how. God finally provided an answer to all of my questions
after a very long wait. On the 12th of December 2022 and the 2nd of June 2023, respectively, I was given the
opportunity to repay God for everything that He had done for me. It is extremely lovely to share and assist
others, especially those young people. An excellent opportunity to assist them was presented by an outreach
program.

INOCENCIO, BERNADETTE

Our responsibility as a part of the NSTP outreach program is to assist the kids. I gained a lot of knowledge
through this experience, including how to be patient with kids. Since we are aware that some of the kids are
misbehaving and some even cry I also developed a deeper understanding of the importance of community

service and its beneficial effects on both people and society at large. This NSTP outreach gave me priceless life skills and an
unforgettable good time.

INSORIO, KARLO R.

I have learned a lot under NSTP-CWTS. NSTP molded me to become a responsible one. I realize that being a
student, my responsibility is not just to study hard, but also being a member of the society, my responsibility is
to serve others to help them with all my heart. I was impressed by my importance in the society I live in, that a
young person like me has a role to play in promoting a just and humane society. That's why because of this
subject, I can say that I am a productive citizen who actively participates in the development of our country, in
fulfillment of the responsibility that is assigned to our youth, because the youth are the hope of the people.

LEONOZA, PRINCESS JANE P.

What I have learned or experienced in outreach is to unite as a member of our group. And to communicate with other people and
especially with the children that we have been the target of our school’s Outreach to teach them how to keep their bodies clean and keep
them away from the disease that spreads especially in this day and age that is not Covid-19 is still disappearing in our country so
children know how to disinfect themselves. This is also one of the reasons why I even had new acquaintances among my classmates
because of this activity of our school.

MARAMAG JEZREEL ISAAC M.

In during outreach is was so fan, when we are giving the kids a price in who participating and listening. I learned a lot in NSTP to help
the surrounding people who need more knowledge in everything and that i can share what i have been experiencing in my life. I hope to
other persons that have a mindset to help everyone especially to the people who need.

MORE, IVY CLAIRE

I learned a lot from this NSTP subject. Being a useful citizen in my community, helping eachother out, and the discipline not just for
myself but also to my community. I also enhanced my communication skills in this subject especially when we conducted our outreach
program— where I spoke in front of children about how to properly wash hands and etc. Thanks to this subject because I explored many
things and had a chance to get to another place like the Biñan, Laguna.

OBIS, LIRA ANGELA

My experience and lessons from outreach are as follows: First, of course, it's challenging, especially when it comes to taking care of
things like the person who purchased the items given to the child or speaking with the teacher. Of course, another thing is how you get
along with the kids and whether you have the ability to perform the dance of many greetings. However, after we finished with the kids'
needs, we discovered that we had applied the nstp study and that we handled the kids well. It is also acceptable to feel that

For my outreach experience at NSTP, my classmates and I volunteered at a local non-profit organization that
provided educational support to children such as using a hygiene kit for their own health, while that happened and
I was very happy because I saw many children. . who know how to use a hygiene kit for themselves Through this
experience, I gained valuable skills in teaching and facilitating youth programs, as well as a deeper understanding
of the challenges faced by marginalized communities. I also developed a stronger sense of responsibility in
contributing to the welfare of society.

ONITA, A-SHEE L.

NSTP has taught me in so many ways. It taught me to be come. more discipline and being responsible person and

you'll enjoy your life being a student and nstp member.

PAROAN, PHEOBBY KATE B

Through NSTP, I have learned the importance of respect and helping others. It has made me more aware of the
challenges in our society and taught me to be empathetic. Engaging in community service has shown me the
struggles faced by marginalized groups and has made me more compassionate. NSTP has transformed me into a
responsible individual who is determined to make a positive impact in the community.

PEDROSO, ALYCA S.

I learned in the nstp subject is to be a responsible student and be respectful to everyone we meet because this is one
of the duties of an nstp member. Regarding the outreach program, it is necessary to help in order to accumulate
funds that will be used to carry out the outreach program. It just needs cooperation to accomplish this. even with
stress and struggles experienced A group, The only answer to this is cooperation. Because of the subject nstp I
learned to socialize with my fellow students and made friends.

RUIZ RIZA S

I gained invaluable life skills and had a wonderful time thanks to this NSTP outreach. In conclusion, the user had a
worthwhile and satisfying experience with the NSTP outreach program. As well as learning good teaching
techniques, we also gained valuable life skills like patience and understanding. The event also emphasized the value
of volunteerism and its beneficial effects on both individuals and society. Overall, the user is appreciative of the
chance and views it as a memorable and worthwhile experience. A thorough example of this pleasant experience's
drawback would be the fact that not all NSTP outreach initiatives are effective in meeting their objectives.

SAMAR, JOHN PATRICK D.

What I learned in the NSTP is to first be a respected person because we were told that we will not help each
other and the community If we do not follow the simplicity of behavior, because If we have this behavior
wherever we go other people will respect us and treat us well and my experiences in the NSTP that, the NSTP
is not only our role to be our subject in college but it gives us a reason to be productive citizens of the
Philippines and be useful as Filipino citizens. The last thing I learned is that through NSTP I am developing into

SEÑIDO, ROMMEL G.

My learning about our NSTP Outreach Program is that, It's not very easy to get what you want in life, you need to work for it, like in
our outreach. Also that's great, we have a fund contribution every saturday because that thing gave us help to buy hygiene kits for the
kids. In addition, I enjoy the outreach, teaching kids how to do proper cleaning of nails, brushing and many more about hygiene. Even
when we ask kids about hygiene they answer it because they know some basic hygiene. I also learned to be patience in kids because
some don't have focus or their attention is not on the speaker sometimes, so having patience is a great virtue. And always be on time

In NSTP (National Service Training Program), the learning experience goes beyond traditional classroom
settings and provides students with practical knowledge and skills through community engagement. Participating
in NSTP enables students to actively contribute to the development of their communities while fostering a sense
of social responsibility. Through activities such as community service, disaster preparedness, and civic
education, students learn the value of teamwork, leadership, empathy, and critical thinking. NSTP offers a
unique platform for students to understand societal issues, interact with diverse communities, and develop a
holistic perspective towards nation-building. This experiential learning approach equips students with valuable
life skills and a deeper understanding of the challenges and needs of their society.

PERILLO, SANLYN

LEADERSHIP. in this topic i have learned so much about being a leader and how to become one someday. for me
leadership or being a leader is not just to lead, direct or influence others, but to touch their heart, catch their
attention, ignite the fire within them and inspire others to act, to move and contribute in someway.concluded from
the discussion. And of course, I learn the function of a leader which tovision out. It means looking for a possible and
successful outcome. A leader knows whatis the goal and what should be done to achieve the goal. A leader’s sole
purpose is toguide and lead others to achieve goals. He’s more like a manager in a sense that hemanages and control
the operations within a certain work or activity. As a leader, hemust also initiate camaraderie to build a smooth and
harmonious relationship as well aspeaceful and productive environment among them. There are also different types
of leaders. There are those who are bossy, thereare some who are so strict, some are inspiring, there are some who
are approachable, some are not. There are leaders who are very passionate in achieving goals and thereare also some who just pretend to
be a leader or should I say only a leader by name butdoesn’t really care about the goal or outcome. At some point, I think of myself as
ademocratic or persuasive one. I am not a type of leader who always boss around or nagaround. I do as I say and show my members that
I am working and doing my best aswell. In that way, I can inspire them to do their best as well

what I learned in the subject of nstp is that we are not just studying, but we have a duty as students to help our

preparedness in the youth by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing training in any of

service. And for me as a student I’ve learned become more socially aware by exposing myself to various social
issues and problems. Among the areas where the students can make their contribution through CWTS 2 are
education, environment, entrepreneurship, health and safety and the moral development of the members of the
community where they render service.

Like for example the problems that encountered by our country nowadays the issues that our nation currently
faces. It makes us mindful about our current circumstance. We learn everything about this subject like the issues
that are discussed on a regular basis in the news. My NSTP experience was absolutely phenomenal for me because
it makes it easier for me to form friendships and improve my academic performance. How to help other people by
using programs, I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and experience through NSTP. It makes everything clear to
me. You can avoid bad situations by being aware. I have learned a lot about life from this subject.

I am Maricar Cabangon a NSTP member. I learned through this session is on how to be a good leader and also a
good follower. I also learn on where NSTP started and why we need to know about NSTP and also why we need
to conduct a project where we can help other people or our community. I am glad to know about myself more
and if I can really be a leader, not now but maybe someday. I learn what people need and why people have their
own attitude and behaviour. I also learn not just about myself and other people but also our community and the
behaviour of every filipino. I am glad that I learn and help other people. Thank you.

CABANGON, MARICAR

What I will never forget that our teacher taught in NSTP is to have respect for people and youth, that is
what I will never forget that our teacher taught that you should have respect. because if you don't, you
won't be a good example to the youth. and what I also learned is how to get along with my group because
here our group is doing well, we are all united.

GARCIA, JOHN MHELVIN

I learnt how crucial the NSTP was from our instructor. While receiving training in any of its three program
components, it aids in the development of the youth's physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-
being as well as the promotion of defense preparation and service ethics. I learned how to be a responsible
citizen and to be well-equipped to assist others in difficult situations thanks to the NSTP. Exposes students to a
variety of social concerns and situations in order to increase their social awareness. We students get the
opportunity to comprehend the difficulties experienced by all facets of society through their community service
projects, which helps us to develop more empathy for them.

AQUINO, JOHN CARLO

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) is a program in the Philippines that aims to develop civic
consciousness and defense preparedness among students. Through this program, students like me are given the
opportunity to engage in activities that promote community service, environmental awareness, and disaster risk
reduction and management. One of the major learning experiences I learned from NSTP was the value of
volunteerism and service to others. By participating in community service activities, we can develop a sense of
social responsibility and empathy for others. We will also learn the importance of working together as a team and
using skills and talents for the common good. Additionally, the program gives us a deeper understanding and
appreciation of the diverse cultures and traditions of our fellow Filipinos.

OLLERES, CRISTIAN

As a student of NSTP, I will learn about the role as a citizen in the Philippines and how i can contribute in our
community and our country. We will study Philippine history, culture, and society to gain a deeper understanding
of our heritage and identity. We will also learn about important issues like disaster risk reduction, environmental
protection, and community service, and how we can take action to address these challenges. Ultimately, the goal
of NSTP is to help us become a more responsible, engaged, and active member of our community and our nation.

REBOSTO, LOVELY

With all the seminars and talks I've been in and with the community service where I participated I had a bigger
view of life. I learned things that's not just important but also life changing. I've seen the world in a new
perspective. Saw how life outside from my house, my school, and my comfort zone. Apart from the seminars I
also leaned so many values I needed in Life. To be patient and wait for things to come my way, to be

resourceful and not just take enough as okay, to be polite, to be obedient, to be punctual, to be honest, to be active and to be creative. I
learned things that I know will be useful someday.

DELOS SANTOS, KRISTINE

Through my participation in NSTP, I gained hands-on experience and developed skills such as critical thinking
and social responsibility. Through various activities and lessons, I learned the importance of being an active
citizen, respecting diversity, and making a positive impact on society. From NSTP comes the development of
skills and values essential for social change and personal growth

ROMANGGAYA, JENNEL

As a student of NSTP is a program designed to develop the youth's physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and
social well-being and promote defense preparedness and ethics of service while undergoing training in any of

As a student NSTP journey was such an incredible experience. Because it helps me to build friendships and
helps me also to be a better student. We learned how to handle the proper way of performing Our teachers
was such an amazing also. NSTP give me a lot of unforgettable experience and learning. It makes me aware
of everything.

AGUSTIN, RONALYN

What I learned at NSTP is a program created to foster young people's intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical,
and social wellbeing. Since a program regarding teenage pregnancy was created, we have learned more about
the repercussions that will occur, especially for our youth. Because of this, we can better teach how and what

will happen when you change in this situation that is not in the vision age, especially in young people who don't know what it means, so
we are pleased that we became an example to instruct young people to avoid this situation.

BERROYA, KEN IZEN

NSTP has given me a lot to learn. It helped me become a more responsible and self-disciplined learner. A
wonderful way to learn a lot of things and focus on what is being said is by listening. They inspired us and
taught us that little, significant events lead to larger, more detrimental events. According to the study's
findings, NSTP courses are advantageous and have a big impact on students' performance, community
involvement, self-improvement, and demonstration of talents.

MARQUINA, KENJIE

Nstp taugh me how to become a responsible citizen and to be an equipped person who can be also able to help
others on times of need and such circumtance. During the discussion in NSTP, I've learned the importance of being
a volunteer and how it positively affects our lives in general. I realized ghat helping someone means helping also
myself as when we do a charity works we experience simething beyond our comfort zone. Volunteering does not
only focus in the things we share but most importantly its very purpose is for us to appreciate what we have, be
grateful in our life, and for us to be contented on what we possess.

RODELAS, APRIL

NSTP develop my youth's physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being and promote defense.
Accept and respect yourself, love and respect others, and if you can't really avoid taking it, use drug properly.
NSTP 2 taught me how to become a responsible citizen and to be an equipped person who can be able to help
others in times of needs and such circumstances.

TAPEC, MARY JANE

what i learned in the subject of NSTPwas so interesting and I’ve learned a lotfrom all the topics, discussion,
activities and especially on our practical performances. From the first topic until the very end, I was able to learn
and apply what I have learn inmy daily life especially when it comes to community involvement. Not just that, I
wasalso able to share what I have learned from this subject to my family as well to others, like the proper steps or
ways when doing first aid, things to know about aids, drugs andleadership. And I find it amazing to actually act as a
responsible, law-abiding, and agood student or individual, as someone who has taken the NSTP
subject, andcontribute or help others and the community through that way.

ARCIAGA, MIKAELA ANN

This NSTP outreach provided me with priceless life skills as well as an unforgettable good time. In conclusion,
the user's experience with the NSTP outreach program was valuable and rewarding. We learned how to
effectively teach children and gained important life skills such as patience and understanding. The experience also
highlighted the importance of community service and its positive impact on individuals and society. Overall, the
user is grateful for the opportunity and considers it an unforgettable and beneficial experience. However, a
specific counterexample to this positive experience could be that not all NSTP outreach programs are successful
in meeting their objectives.

CEZAR, DION LLOYD

NSTP provides opportunities for students to gain experience in different fields, learn new skills, and develop
relationships with employers. It also gives students the opportunity to take courses that they wouldn't be able to
take if they were not enrolled in NSTP. to train and teach students to acquire various principles that will be
helpful in the development of their life and the community. This program is so beneficial for it is one way for
the students to learn and train to become well-disciplined and effective It increases our awareness to what is
really happening and prepares us from whatever we may face as we go outside the walls of the school so that if
the time comes we will know what should be done and are already responsible enough in making our own
decisions.

SARION, DANITA

What i’ve learned in NSTP, I thought that NSTP was just an extra baggage in our curriculum for which students
were required to attend but I was wrong, I've learned many things from NSTP and it served as an eye-opener not
just for me but also for the majority of my fellow school mates. As a First year student of St. Louis Anne College,
the most important thing that I've learned in the exposure was being involved in the community. I've learned how
to help other people who are in need and how to understand each family's status in life. Having an exposure was
truly a tiring task, however, the feeling of happiness, fulfillment and achievement after the exposure trip was
unexplainable especially when you see the happy faces of your foster family, with regards to the values that I've
learned in the exposure trip, I've learned how to be productive and punctual with all the task assigned to me.

What i have learned in NSTP are the knowledge and experience that i will apply in the future purposes. This
subject has taught so much not only in my life as a student but also as a fellow youth and countryman. This is such
an honor to be able to experience and learn to help in any kind of way you could. A simple outreach program will
be a big help to those in need. I also appreciate my self as i can’t imagine that i will be engaged in this program
services. This develop my social well being and ethnics while undergoing in our program. This open our eyes in
the reality of life, and how would we handle and avoid bad situations. It’s not only a subject that you’ll learn but it
gives opportunity to us learners to apply it and learn in our own experiences. This is a subject that will help in
our self development, to open another world and to see what we can do as a youth.

AGUILAR, NICOLE

I have always valued the importance of community service and volunteerism. That's why when I enrolled in
the National Service Training Program (NSTP) subject, I was excited about the opportunity to gain knowledge
and skills that would enable me to make a positive impact in my community. Throughout the course, I learned
a lot about the different aspects of community service and how it can benefit both individuals and society as a
whole. Things I learned in NSTP is the importance of understanding the needs of the community before
undertaking any service project.

PASCUA, VINCE ADRIAN

I have a lot to learn thanks to NSTP. It assisted me in developing into a more accountable and disciplined student.
Listening is a great approach to pick up a lot of knowledge and concentrate on what is being said. They motivated
us and taught us that small, important things result in bigger. At NSTP, I learned about a program designed to
support young people’s development. Since a program on teen pregnancies was established, we have learnt more
about the effects that would take place, particularly for our young people. Because of this, we are happy that we
became a good example for young people to follow in order to warn them to stay away from this scenario.

SABANAL, ESTEFANO

This NSTP outreach helps me realize that not everything you do is because you have to, but you're doing it
because you like and enjoying it. this outreach also gave me skills and unforgettable memories, We learned how
to effectively teach teenagers and gained important life skills such as patience and understanding.
