The document provides instructions for making a metal balancing surfer man sculpture in 14 steps. It involves cutting metal pieces to form the surfboard, arms, legs and back of the figure and drilling holes. The pieces are then bent, welded and ground to shape. Washers are added to find the proper counterweight and a steel rod is turned on a lathe to create a stand for the completed sculpture to balance on.

the arms and legs and one 1" piece for the back.
STEP 5

STEP 12
Put a long steel rod into the bandsaw and cut off 5.5 inches
STEP 13
Get some washers and tape them to the end of your other copper

metal you need to make your man balance and when you do find a
piece of metal equivalent to the size of the washers stacked up
STEP 14
Put the 5.5 inch steel rod into the lathe and make a little divot on
one of the ends
