BUSINESS PLAN
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Our banana cheese ball are tiny balls of sweet banana flavored bread with a surprise
ooey gooey cheese inside. The cheesy flavor combined with the sweet banana is a
combination flavor combination you though you would like. We also have a chill ice
cream which is perfect for hot school days. Our soft creamy ice cream moves your
sadness away. Besides from ice cream we also have pudding made with evaporated
milk and milo powder and refrigerated for a cooling dessert. Pansit Bihon and soup is
also another product that contains vegetables, and it is made with generous servings to
make sure that each serving is worth it.
THE PROPONENT
We started in our Senior High School life, we have been studying entrepreneurship,
it may be unknown for us when it comes to business. But as we go through it, it helps us
to think and how some strategies we think of something that is affordable yet delicious
that will satisfy our customers.

THE PRODUCT
This type of foods is a ready to eat food that would not require you to have a
hundred of money to get full satisfaction you are needing. What we serve is the banana
cheese ball, ice cream, pudding, pansit bihon, and soup. Banana cheese ball is made
from flour, water, smash banana, sugar, yeast, and a cube of cheese. Chill ice cream is
made from cream and condensed, and it has a chocolate in top. The pansit bihon is
made with bihon noodles, canton, and vegetables. Our soup has vegetables and
chicken that is served with generous serving.
TARGET MARKET
The products we sell are for everyone, especially students. We sell our products at
Magalalag National High School.
COMPETITION
The group is still striving hard in order to earn more than our competitors from other
sections who has the same product as ours. We have competitors for the ice cream,
banana cheese ball and pudding but no competitors for soup and bihon. We do not
have a hard time selling the soup even if there is someone selling lugaw from the other
section because the soup was mostly orders and instantly sold out.
FINANCIAL PLAN
Our initial budget for our business is five hundred pesos. Our target sale is two
hundred pesos. Our goal is to double our capital budget.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our business started on September 12,2023. During school days, because our
target customers are the students.
