DEDICATION

This research paper is dedicated to the parents of researchers who give their utmost

support, and never-ending inspiration throughout the study. They are the ones who

provide the resources that are needed in the making of this study. It is also dedicated to

the teachers who are behind in making this research possible by guiding the researcher to

complete this study. The researchers would also like to dedicate this study to the students

that may need help in battling their mental health issues. Also, this study is dedicated to

the school which allows the researchers to nurture, and test their skills, and cooperation to

build this study. We look up and dedicated this whole study to our Almighty God who

gave us the strength, knowledge, wisdom, protection, and will to continue and keep

positive to finish this research

The researchers would like to extend gratitude and heartfelt obligation toward all the

personages who have helped in this study. Without their active guidance, utmost help,

cooperation, and encouragement, the researchers wouldn’t come this far.

The researchers would like to express their extreme gratitude to the research adviser

Ma’am Cristine P. Solomon for sharing her knowledge, guidance, and support for the

completion of this study. She taught the researchers very well about all these chapters, on

how to make them properly. And how to execute this study, guiding the researchers until

to finish the research.

We, the researchers would also like to express our sincere appreciation and thank the

following teachers: Ma’am Marlyn D. Camacho and Ma’am Danna Mae Barte, the

researchers appreciate your extensive help to get the survey done, without them, it will be

impossible to researchers to reach the grade 12 students.
