This guide has been issued to assist you in understanding some changes to our products and services and how they work.

Uninstalling and reinstalling ADP

If you need to uninstall and re-install ADP, please follow the below.

You will need your ADP start-up key, if you do not have that please request it from OneOcean Technical Support.

1. Open the Windows “Add or Remove Programs” utility


2. Select ADMIRALTY Digital Publications from the list and click ‘Uninstall’, follow the wizard to uninstall
3. Insert the ADP Installation software, or OneOcean USB (browse to Software\Toolkit\ADP V19\) and browse for the
folder called TotalUninstall
4. Double click the file called TotalUninstall.exe
5. Insert the ADP installation DVD, or OneOcean USB (browse to Software\Toolkit\ADP V19\) into the drive of the
computer. Should the disk not Auto-run please double click the Computer icon and then double click on the
setup.exe.
6. Follow the installation wizard to install the program.
7. Click the Finish button when completed.
8. You will be prompted to restart the computer, click the ‘Yes’ button to restart.
9. Once the computer has restarted; double click the ‘ADP - Licence Key Wizard’ icon on your desktop (If you cannot see
it, you can access the licence key wizard from Start > All Programs > Admiralty Digital Publications > Licence Key
Wizard).
10. You should now press ‘Next’ and enter your Start Up key, if you do not have your start-up key please request it from
OneOcean Technical Support.
11. Press ‘Next’. Do not enter the Start-Up key again, you must ensure you follow steps 11-15 to request an activation key
to get the program working. Skipping these steps will result in the program not working.
12. Select ‘Request or add an activation key’, click ‘Next’.
13. Select the ‘Request an activation key’ option then click ‘Next’.
14. Select MAIN or BACK-UP depending on the computer you are currently on.
15. Click the ‘Next’ button. You are now given three options on how to send the request for the activation key.
16. Select ‘Save the Request to a simple text file’, then open that file and follow the instructions within to request your
key.
17. Once you have received the activation key, open the licence key wizard and select add an activation key or request an
activation key.
18. Select the 'Add an activation key' option then click ‘Next’.
19. Add the key you received from [email protected]
