This document is a usage manual for VPN services available on Mac.
2. Terms of use
■PC
A security-protected terminal that includes a client certificate at the company.
■OS
macOS Ventura 13.0
macOS Monterey 12.6
macOS Big Sur 11.6
■Antivirus software
Carbon Black Cloud (3.x)
■Other
To be used by a user with administrator privileges.
If you have another VPN running, disconnect it.

3. About application installation
Application Launch
Open Applications → Ivanti Secure Access from Finder
If you don't have the application, get it from the link below.
If you have installed it, go to "4.Connection procedure".
Application
Unzip the file
Extract the obtained ZIP file.

Performing the installation
Start Terminal.
Enter "cd", drag and drop the folder you unzipped earlier, and press Enter.

Enter "sudo sh ./Install.command" in the terminal and press Enter
You will be prompted for a password, so enter the password you used to log in and press
Enter.
The installation is complete if the screen shown below is displayed. Exit the terminal.

The application will start automatically.

If the application does not appear, select Open from the menu bar icon.
If the connection destination is not displayed, execute the following command in the
Terminal used for installation.
/Applications/Ivanti\ Secure\ Access.app/Contents/Plugins/JamUI/jamCommand -importfile macusers.pulsepreconfig

Application Launch
Open Applications → Ivanti Secure Access from Finder
Click "Connect" in the Ivanti Secure Access Client app

If the sign-in screen is displayed, enter your user information

"Approve" on smartphones registered with multi-factor authentication
Click "Yes"

If the screen below appears, enter your username and password.
Click Allow if prompted to filter network content.
If the extension is blocked, please allow it.
[System Preferences] → [Security & Privacy] → [General]
Permissions for downloaded applications:
“Ivanti Secure” is blocked, so click Allow

If "Connected" is displayed, the connection is complete.
* At this point, you are connected to the in-house NW, and you can connect to the in-house
resources from your PC.
5. Termination of use
Click Disconnect App to terminate the VPN connection.

6. Other
Login connection time
･ If the non-operation time exceeds 10 minutes, you will be automatically logged out.
･ If more than 9 hours have passed after logging in, you will be automatically logged out
regardless of whether or not there is an operation.
