Ret Corp Writeup

The document outlines the password set/reset process for retail and corporate users of Union Bank online banking. For retail users, they can reset their login or transaction password online by providing identification details and receiving an OTP via mobile. For transactions, those with debit cards use the card details while others must download a token app, register, and use the token code. Corporate users follow a similar process but identify themselves with a corporate ID and user ID instead of personal details. Both user types can disable tokens by selecting "No" in the enable token section of password management.
