What this service is trying to achieve is to help people make their dreams and
creativity come to life by gathering clothes that people don't need or don't want
anymore.
This project consists of getting people to donate clothing, and based on the amount
they donate they will receive a coupon. The main purpose of this is to offer an
internship to fashion students so that they can learn about green/sustainable fashion
and how to build a business based on that before they finish their professional
studies. The fashion students will use these recycled pieces of clothing to create
their own designs.
This project is for people who are concerned about the environment and want to help
us, also fashion students that can help us with creative and sustainable ideas.
We will gather all the clothes people don’t wear anymore and we hire fashion design
students. With all the clothes we gathered, the students can make their own designs
and we will sell them, and the cycle will repeat.
This project is going to be done by January 15th, 2024, we need time for the
process, the planning, etc. We will choose a specific shopping center or a place
where clothes (town square) are sold to begin with this project so that later with more
time we can expand it.
Technology:
We will make ourselves known through social media, mainly Instagram. We want to
post information about our project to let us know as well as news and general
information so that everyone can learn about us and about what's happening.
The fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world that causes
harm to the environment, since it produces carbon emissions, waste, water pollution,
chemicals, etc that causes climate change and global warming.
The materials are the clothes the clients will give us, all kinds of clothes, so we can
use them and achieve our goal.
We will use technology to expand our project and give the people more knowledge
about it, so they can come to us, help them and help the environment.
The staff includes the collaborators of the project, the people working on the
recollection of clothing, people who transport the clothes, designers, organizers,
salesman, marketing managers, and finally the sponsors and investors.
The skills we required are:
Computer skills:

Hardware technology allows you to take physical control of your computer, which can
be as simple as knowing how to turn a device on and off.
Communication skills:
The ability you use when you are giving and receiving information and also how you
know how to react to them and communicate your ideas about it and your feelings. It
is also about how you listen, observe, analize, how you understand and empathize

Management skills:
Management skills are qualities that help you manage both work and people. Great
managers support their teams or projects by being organized, empathetic, and
communicating clearly.

create positive experiences for them. Customer service skills rely heavily on problem
solving and communication.

an effective solution for all parties. This skill is highly valued in any role and across

This skill is based on how you complete work, projects and tasks before its deadline
balancing it with your personal and work life. Organization is a keyword in this area
to be more disciplined and it allows you to focus on more important tasks.
Financing:
Yes, we will look for investors and sponsors to support us financially to make this
project possible and for it to possibly expand to other places. The idea is to form a
partnership with certain stores so that they can sell our clothes and promote them.
