Interview questions

Q: what is your weakness

A: My weakness is spending extra time trying to perfect all
imperfections in any dessert I create. My baking program at Humber
has taught me how to manage my time efficiently to allow more time
to perfect.

Q: where do you see yourself in 5 years

A: I see myself advancing my career as a head pastry chef, getting as
much experience as I am able to about running a bakery, so I can
further my career to open a bakery of my own.

Q: what motivates you

A: What motivates me is having a team that works well, efficient and
clean to complete goals or deadlines.

Q: From your resume it seems you took a gap year. Would you like to

A: During my last year in high school, I was stuck between two paths. I
created a home-based business selling chocolate covered
strawberries and soon realized I had a stronger passion for baking
and learning how to run a business

A: This job aligns perfectly with the next steps I want to take with my
career, learning what it takes to productively run a bakery and
learning new skills to improve my current skills.

A: The time I have failed was when I took too many responsibilities
and not having enough time to give each project 110%.

Q: why do you think we should hire you over another qualified

candidate
A: I believe all the other candidates are qualified, although I can only
let my work speak for me.

Q: has a customer ever given you constructive feedback, what was

your reaction

decorated the cake. She explained the theme into more detail. It

techniques to please the customer

A: I stay updated through Instagram, TickTock, YouTube videos or
