Further to our discussions with you regarding suitable Career Opportunities with us, we are happy to confirm
an offer of employment on FIXED TERM ENGAGEMENT to you as per terms and conditions herein. You will
receive a detailed letter of appointment upon your joining the organization on the said joining date.

1. The Term of your engagement with us will be for a year beginning 04-Jul-18. Accordingly, your date of
appointment is effective from the date of your joining which is 04-Jul-18.

2. You will be designated as Service Desk Executive. You will report at the MYSORE work location of the
Client Organization: WIPRO LIMITED

3. Your Annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) will be Rs. 223488/-. Please refer Annexure for details.

4. Your Work location, Client assigned & Reporting Manager are subject to change at the sole discretion
of INFINIMINDS without notice. You will be governed by all terms and conditions of the work
environment as defined by the Client and you shall report to on a daily basis to the client assigned to.

5. At no point in time shall the relationship between you and the client be construed as employer-
employee relationship. Your services will automatically cease to exist at close of work hours of the last
day of engagement, unless otherwise extended or revised in writing by INFINIMINDS.

6. This fixed term engagement may be considered for renewal or extension. Such revisions are at the
discretion of the company, subject to fulfilling certain conditions.

Kindly revert to us confirming your acceptance of the offer within 2 working days of receipt, followed by
returning to us, the copy of this offer document duly signed on all pages as a confirmation of your acceptance
of the offer.

a) INSURANCE COVER:

INFINIMINDS offers Group Term Life Insurance & Group Personal Accident Insurance cover to its
employees with brief detail as under:

GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE (GTL) : Rs 5,00,000/- per annum

GROUP TERM ACCIDENT INSURANCE COVERAGE (GPA) : Rs 5,00,000/- per annum


Applicable for all Employees

Employee will be subject to a compensation deduction of Rs. 80/- per month towards the Premium for GTL &
GPA

INCREMENT/PROGRESSION LETTERS, REWARD OR RECOGNITION PROOFS if any.
7. Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance letter from previous employers
