TRAINING:
The company may select and offer training for employees at the company location or outside at its
own discretion. You will be required to attend these trainings and assignments.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
Your employment is subject to your satisfactory completion of a Six months probationary period.
You will be on evaluation period during these Six months. And during the probationary period the
Company reserves the right to terminate your employment with or without any notice period.
After Six months based on your performance remuneration will be reviewed.
WORKING HOURS:
You will be required to work for a minimum of 44 hours per week. However, the Company
reserves the right to alter/change your working hours from time to time, based upon business
exigencies and project requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Your work in the organization will be subject to the rules and regulations of the organization as
laid down in relation to conduct, discipline and other matters. You will always be alive to
responsibilities and duties attached to your office and conduct yourself accordingly. You must
effectively perform to ensure results.
NON-DISCLOSURE:
You agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure, Non- Solicitation and Non-
Competition Agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment with
the Company and at all times thereafter. You also hereby agree to comply with the terms of any
policies of the Company relating to the protection of confidential information from time to time.
You are also required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge or communicate in any
manner, any information regarding your remuneration / terms of employment to any other
employee of the Company except your immediate superior. Any disclosure of confidential
information will be considered a serious misconduct and breach of the terms of your employment.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT:
Either party may terminate the engagement without assigning any reason whatsoever by a written
notice in this regard served upon the other party in terms and with the conditions and
consequence detailed below:
a) Immediately relieved with no notice pay to be paid where the employee in declared insolvent,
convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or is found engaged in any act of misconduct
which renders the continued engagement undesirable. The management shall be at liberty to
forfeit either the whole or a part of the separation related dues to make good the loss if any caused
to the company by the wrongful acts of commission or omission on the part of the employee.
b) During the period of probation and extensions if applicable, by notice period of 15 days and
ager confirmation, by a notice period of one month or by paying base salary in lieu of notice
period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In view of your position and office, you must effectively, diligently and to the best of your ability
performs all responsibilities. In this connection, you are required not to engage in activities that
have or will have an adverse impact on the reputation/image and business of the Company
whether directly or indirectly.
RETIREMENT:
Your age of retirement from the service will be on completion of sixty years. However, you may opt
for voluntary retirement at any age before sixty years during your services in the establishment if
you are unable to continue in service satisfactorily. The actual date of retirement shall be the last
working day of the calendar month of your 60th birthday.
INCREMENTS AND PROMOTIONS:
You shall be due for salary revision not before one year from your date of joining. Your growth and
increase in salary will depend solely on your performance and contribution to the Company. Salary
increases are normally given on an annual basis.
TRAVEL:
You may be required to travel, whether in India or overseas, in connection with office work at
short notice, also the same travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the policy applicable to you.
MEDICAL:
Company may decide to terminate your employment based on valid medical advice that you have
become physically/mentally incapacitated to such an extent that you are unable to deliver the
responsibilities entrusted to you.
DEPUTATION:
During the tenure of the deputation, you will continue to be an employee of the Company and your
compensation and applicable allowances shall be payable only by the Company. In this regard, you
shall not be entitled to receive any payments, either as fees, expenses, reimbursement or such
other allowance, directly from the Client to whose site you may be deputed.
NOTICE PERIOD:
This contract of employment may be terminated by either party giving the other party, One (1)
calendar month’s written notice, or salary in lieu thereof. Either party is not bound to give any
reason thereof.
DOCUMENTS:
At the time of signing the service Agreement, please bring all your certificates of qualifications and
testimonials, including proof of date of birth as per school leaving certificate, in original, release
order from your present employer, Proof of identity i.e. PAN card, driving license, Electoral card
and three recent coloured passport size photographs.
Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter confirming your acceptance of the above terms and
conditions of appointment and return it to us for office records.
