that playing games in the classroom can increase overall

During individual and team activities, students tackle a
number of problems to reach a goal. Plans of action might
change when presented with new issues. the need for
strategizing and decision-making helps students learn
important critical thinking skills as they develop a plan for
success

Critical thinking has become a vital tool for sifting out
information, making decisions, and solving problems in

necessary skill for students' personal and professional

t's fine to admit to your class that you don't know the answer to
their question – but it's not ok to just leave it there. Admit that
you don't know, but then assure them that you will find out the
answer and get back to them next lesson

beneficial?
"I find that learning about a student's challenges, motivators
and interests allows me to develop and/or choose effective
teaching strategies. In my opinion, empathy is one of the most
important skills a teacher can have. By understanding a
child's personality, not just their reading level, I can meet
them where they are, help them develop their reading and
writing skills, inspire their imagination and ignite a passion
for learning."

child's education?
In most cases, a child's success is dependent on the support and
encouragement they receive from their guardians. I believe that
by encouraging parents to take an active role in their child's
education, I can help my students engage with their work and
accomplish their goals.
At the beginning of each school year, I make sure that every
parent has my contact information and encourage them to reach
out with any questions or concerns they might have about their
child or their academic performance. I also provide parents
with regular email updates about the topics we cover, upcoming
tests or projects and any major accomplishments."

their studies. He/she should additionally be confident and
develop English materials that are interesting and motivates the

How Do You Stay Motivated at Work?

moment I notice an improvement in their scores, I get motivated
to put in more effort and ensure every student performs well. I
