TITLE: TILES.
WHY WE USE TILES?
They don't build up dust and dirt, support mold or mildew. Easy
to maintain: Tiles are easy to clean, often only with warm water,
eliminating the need for chemicals and cleaners needed to
Maintain other types of floors. Water-resistant: Modern tiles have
a porosity of around 0.5%, meaning they don't absorb water.
WHY ARE TILES USED ON WALLS?
Wall tiles are used for walls almost exclusively, because they're
not designed to be load-bearing. Moreover, they are easy to clean
and durable. They're also great options for areas that experience
water and moisture, like bathrooms and kitchen sink
backsplashes.
WHY ARE TILES BEST FOR FLOORING?
They have great qualities: they are durable, easy to install, cost
effective, low maintenance and easy to clean. All this makes them
a popular choice for use in the home over conventional marble,
natural stone slabs and hardwood floors.
IS TILE MORE EXPENSIVE?
In most cases, tile is significantly cheaper than a traditional
hardwood floor. But there are other advantages, too.
Homeowners looking to refurbish a property in a humid climate,
for example, should consider wood-look tile.

TITLE: TILES.
Tiles are usually thin, square or rectangular coverings
manufactured from hard-wearing material such as ceramic, stone,
metal, baked clay, or even glass. They are generally fixed in place
in an array to cover roofs, floors, walls, edges, or other objects
such as tabletops.
MAIN TYPES OF TYPES.
CERAMIC TILE
Ceramic tile is made up of sand, natural
products, and clays and once it has been molded
into shape they are then fired in a kiln. When
making ceramic tiles they can either be glazed
or unglazed, but the majority of homeowners
have glazed ceramic tiles in their home.
PORCELAIN TILE.
Porcelain Tile is a newer type of ceramic tile. It
is made from finer, denser clay and is fired at
higher temperatures. Also, porcelain tile is
tougher, more resistant to scratches and stains
than other types and more durable too. It can
easily endure heavy foot traffic at both
residential and commercial locations.
GLASS TILE.
Glass tiles are thin, flat shaped tiles used to line
or cover a surface. Glass tiles come in a wide
variety of shapes, transparencies, colors, and
can come in combination with other materials
such as stainless steel.

solid. Granite is made up of minerals such as
feldspar and quartz, which add to its feature
sparkle. It can be used in almost any part of your
house and comes in both honed, matte slabs, as
well as brushed, shiny tiles.
STONE TILE.
Natural stone tile is exactly how the name sounds.
It's a non-man-made, all-natural material straight
from Mother Earth! There's a variety of different
natural stones, like slate, granite, marble, limestone,
