components of the retail industry. Effective merchandise management involves
selecting, acquiring displaying and selling product in a way that maximize
profitability and meets customer demand. It requires deep understanding of
market trends customer behavior and perspective, inventory management, and
pricing strategies. Merchandise Management involves understanding and
evaluating the consumer's buying habits to effectively source, plan, display, and
stock merchandise. It is a process from beginning which involves a strategy where
you work towards to an end with a performance.
On the other hand, retail business operation encompasses the day to day
activities required to run a retail store efficiently. This includes managing staff,
ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, handling logistics
and implementing marketing strategies. Therefore retail business operation
include all the activities employee perform to keep the store functioning smoothly
and make memorable experience with in customers.

location is a unique factor which the competitors cannot imitate. Hence, it can
give a strong competitive advantage. Also Business Location select long-term
location and requires long-term investment. Good location is the key elements for
attracting customer to the outlets. As well located store makes supply and
distribution easier. Therefore location can help to change customer’s buying habits
and easier for them to purchase goods and services.
In conclusion retail location or business location is the place a business offer
goods and services in person. The location of store has a significant impact to the
success of business consider the factors to be able easy reach by customers and
dynamic to society. With good location business can be easy to access, attract
