The aim of my graduate study is to acquire knowledge in global supply chain management and position
myself to solve critical problems. My interests lie in risk mitigation, operations, and networking, and
completing this program will propel me toward opportunities aligned with these areas.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to be a part of multiple businesses. I was introduced to my father’s
business in 8th grade for the first time. Laying the foundational knowledge, my father consistently
emphasized prioritizing relationships over profits, teaching me to maintain a sustainable approach — a
principle guiding me in leadership and management roles. His business faced tough competition, working
with thin 4-5% profit margins after putting in a lot of money. The challenges and hard work gradually
transformed me into someone capable of handling pressure. I gained insights into various aspects such
as banking, taxes, logistics, purchasing, warehouse management, and maintaining positive public
relations from his business. I enjoyed managing logistics and warehousing for the products.
During the time I was co-founding a startup in college, I made foreign connections that resulted in
lucrative projects. My persistent cold mailing significantly contributed to our project count. Active
participation in business expos and the startup community enabled us to secure additional projects.
Completing different marketing courses, learning from books, blogs, and studying other businesses also
helped me develop skills and shape my mindset.
My undergraduate goals were to explore and create a diverse profile. I carried forward most of my
initiatives from the first to the final year, positioning me commendably in various roles. Academically, I
self-studied Blockchain, securing a position in a web 3.0 company. I earned a Google Cloud Engineer
Professional Certification and achieved high grades in subjects like Database Management Systems,
Object-Oriented Programming, and the Internet of Things. Currently enrolled in the Google Data Analytics
course on Coursera, I anticipate enhancing my skills in data visualization and analysis. I always relied
more on practical learning, supported by my high grades in labs and training. From the first year itself, I
was motivated to take the lead in technical presentations, as I did in Hackathons and industrial training,
and actively sought information by asking questions in talk sessions and webinars. I contributed to a
research paper on Soft Skills in collaboration with an Associate Professor, then initiated the JECRC MUN
Society to help students prepare for stage appearances, and improve their speaking and presentational
skills, the success of which is reflected in the last event with 300 students participating out of 1100. I am
glad to be serving as the Chief Advisor to the current Secretary General.
Over time, I have developed strong communication and team-building skills, evident in the success of the
JECRC MUN. Leading a team of 40 in organizing Rajasthan state's largest college conference is a recent
accomplishment. I aim to further refine these skills and shift my focus towards the technical aspects of
solving problems, bridging the gap, and securing a better platform through the MSISOM program in SCM
concentration at UF. I look forward to studying Operations Management under Professor Adam Munson,
driven by my keen interest in the subject and shared passions for social causes and welfare. Additionally,
I am enthusiastic about studying the competitive market dynamics of IT in the E-commerce and Logistics
class taught by Professor Cheryl Aasheim, particularly attracted to the Apple (2013) case—a dream
company where I aspire not only to work but also to become the Senior VP of Operations one day.
