ORAL PRESENTATION

Movie title: Matrix


1. Setting
The history takes place in the future in United States, at the end of the 20th
century.

2. Plot
This film is about a war between the humans and the machines, in this future the
machines enslaved the humans and some humans are alive and free, this group of
humans are called“THE RESISTANCE” and they live in a hidden city called "Zion" in
the real World, the other humans are slaved and they are sleep but their minds are
connected to a virtual reality called “Matrix”, the machines extract energy of the
humans while they sleep. Tired of the machines a people of Zion search to "Chosen
One" to end to war.

3. Main character
The actor Keanu Reeves is “Thomas Anderson” or “Neo” in Matrix, he lives in an
apartment, alone, he is a software programmer in a company but he is reconized
hacker. A person named Morpheus, who lives in Zion, searches for Neo because he
believes he is the "Chosen One", wakes him from his dream and shows him reality
in the hope that he will fight with them against the machines but they encounter
virtual agents, one of these agents is a corrupted program called "Agent Smith".
Neo, Morpheus and Triniti fight against the agents and in the end "Agent Smith"
kills Neo but the power of Triniti's love for him resurrects him and Neo manages to
defeat Agent Smith. After this the movie ends but in the following movies the fight
of the Humans of Zion against the Machines continues.

4. Favorite scene
My Favorite scene is when Neo discover his powers, he discovers that he can
control many things in the Matrix, he can control objects such as bullets and break
some physical rules such as gravity.
