EXAMPLE: Your university plans to remodel three places: the
dinner hall, the library and the auditorium. The university has the
budget just to remodel two areas. Give your ideas in which ones
the university would make a good investment and why.
The aim of this report is to describe the positive and negatives
sides of the new areas the university is planning to remodel.
Dinner Hall
Firstly, I would like to talk about this facility that I think can
improve considerably, since 90% of students have lunch in here
and not also for eating but is a good place for socializing and
interacting among students. It can be improved by having more
comfortable couches and, maybe a sleeping area.
The library
Along with the dinner hall, the library is getting older and
students could strongly benefit of some new computers and
some research facilities in order to improve the efficiency and
not losing so much time looking for a book. In addition to this,
some new furniture would be appreciated, since the current
ones make the place look a little bit depressing.
The auditorium
Despite being one of the most visited areas by other people, due
to Sunday’s Theater play ,there is not much to remodel in there,
and students wouldn’t notice the difference, because is no a
daily visited place.

Having these arguments considered, I hope I have been helpful
into reaching a decision, and I am sure you are going to make
the right decision.
Write a report:
Your city mayor is thinking about three new projects to
invest in, but the city can only afford two of them. Present
your ideas, and choose two of the projects you would
invest and why. These are the projects:
1- Road maintenance of all the big avenues
2- New bridges
3- New green areas
