A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the adviser, Weena P. Nolasco, on February 14, 2024 at exactly
1:00 pm.

B. Attendance:
There were 25 parents who attended the meeting.

C. BUSINESS FOR THE DAY


 Authorized contributions
 Homeroom project
 Card giving and awarding of certificates
 Other matters

D. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE AGENDA


a. The class adviser called the meeting at one o’clock in the afternoon with a prayer led by Quing
Hurley Rosal the class president, immediately after that was the presentation of the agenda.

b. The first item on the agenda was the authorized contribution, collection of payments was
executed by the homeroom secretary and treasurer, amounts collected will be given to the
GPTA Treasurer

c. The second item in the agenda was the presentation of the homeroom project which is the
comfort room doors. Parents agreed to the said project. It is stated that parents will give
voluntary amount for the said project

d. The third item in the agenda was the issuance of cards and certificates. The teacher happily
announced to the parents the achievers in the class. They were given certificate. On the other
hand, the teacher also gave a reminder to the students with low/incomplete grades to work
harder next time and comply with all their requirements.

e. Other matters arising from the agenda was the upcoming Namunit Festival. The teacher briefly
discussed about the activities specifically the street dance.

The finalization of attendance was done before the adjournment of meeting.
