the Co-operative Housing Society by a Partnership Firm/ A Company/
A Public Trust or any other Body Corporate.

Sir,

We SAFA EDUCATIONAL TRUST having address at Asma Apt, Dharti


Complex, Mira Road (East), Thane – 401107, hereby make an application for
membership of the Chandan Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., having
address at Dharti Complex, Mira Road (East), Thane – 401107

We send herewith an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), being
the value of 10 shares of Rs. 50 each and entrance fee of Rs.100/-.

Mr. Avvab A. H. Kazi has been authorised by us to sign the application for
membership of the Society on our behalf and furnish such information as is
needed you for the purpose of consideration of our application for admission to
the membership of the Society. A true copy of the authority is enclosed for your
record.

We have purchased Shop no. 2, on the ground floor in A wing in the


building known as as Chandan Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.
Admeasuring 189 sq. ft sq. carpet, 17.56 sq.meters from the Promoter (Builder)
M/s Sanghvi Creators Pvt. Ltd. under an agreement for sale M/s Sanghvi Creators
Pvt. Ltd. under an agreement for sale under section 4 of the Ownership Flats,
Act, a copy of which duly attested is enclosed hearwith.

We will not allow any other employee to occupy any of the Flat / Bungalow
purchased by us without the previous permission of the Society.

We declare that the said agreement duly stamped as required under Bombay
Stamp Act a copy of which is enclosed herewith.

We undertake to use the said Shop for the purpose mentioned in the letter to be
issued to us, under the bye-law no. 76(b) of the bye-laws of the Society and
further add that no change of user will be made without the previous consent in
writing of the Committee of the Society, the undertaking to that effect in the
prescribed form is enclosed herewith (Appendix-3).

The undertaking and the declaration in the prescribed forms about registration of
the proposed acquisition of ownership right over the Flat, under Section 269AB
of the Income-tax Act enclosed herewith.

The aims and objects of our firm/company are not contrary to those of the Society.

We have gone through the registered Bye-laws of the Society and the
notifications issued by Government from time to time under Section 22 of the
Maharashtra Co- operative Societies Act, 1960, regulating membership of Trust
bodies, and we undertake to abide by the same with any modifications that the
Registering Authority/Government respectively may make in them.
The Registration Certificate of our Trust is enclosed hear with.
